🎵🎥 World Premiere: DJ-ARMINIUS - Venka the Vile | My First Ever Splintervibes Music Video

There are certain cards in @splinterlands that transcend being “just a card.”

They become legends.

For me, that card has always been Venka the Vile.

From the moment I first saw her design, her lore, her brutal Orc identity, and the absolute battlefield presence she carries…I was hooked. She became one of the defining faces of Splinterlands for me personally, and remains my favorite card in the game.

Funnily enough, a maxed Venka paired with a maxed Lorkus — still my favorite Summoner in the game to this day 😂 — carried me for a very long time during the Rebellion era.

Back then, Rebellion was an extremely expensive set to buy into compared to today’s market conditions, and liquidity around the set was much lower as well. So while my deck was nowhere near fully maxed at the time…

Venka and Lorkus absolutely went to war for me 😎

And honestly, there’s just nothing quite as satisfying as watching Venka Trample straight through an entire enemy lineup in the Stampede ruleset.

And knowing that one day she will eventually leave Modern honestly saddens me 😭

(Though admittedly…at least Heloise is leaving with her 🤣🥳)

So I decided Venka deserved something special.

Not just a post.

Not just artwork.

But a full cinematic tribute.

This is officially my first ever Splintervibes production — and the beginning of a much larger creative journey I want to bring into the Splinterlands ecosystem.

Going forward, I want to create:

• original Splinterlands-inspired music
• cinematic music videos
• character tributes
• community event premieres
• and immersive audiovisual experiences celebrating the world of Praetoria.

Because honestly…

Splinterlands has some of the coolest characters and lore in Web3 gaming, and I want to help bring that world to life in a different way, and perhaps bring in some new players through YouTube.

And who better to begin with than the mighty Commander of the Orc armies herself?

Some of you may have already noticed…

Venka may or may not have received a very special visual upgrade for this premiere 🔥

Since Splinterlands already has cosmetic skin architecture in the game, I wanted to explore what a premium alternate skin for Venka the Vile (based on my depiction of her in the video) would look like mocked up on the card.

So alongside this music video…

I created a custom cinematic Venka skin concept inspired by:

• Orc war culture
• savage battlefield energy
• Splinterlands’ iconic art direction
• and the raw fury of the Horde.

Honestly…

seeing this concept come to life made me want this skin in the game even more 😅

And considering how much the community loves Venka, I genuinely think a premium skin for her could go unbelievably hard.
