Step-by-step art...

First started by simply using the pen tool to shape a decent head, throat, and ears.

I put the skin's color and pencil lined her hair..

I extended her bangs and added big and slanted eyes..

Did her iconic clothes, and white pearly teeth!..

Drew her arms and hands. I mean how is she suppose to fight without hands?

Gave her a crown. And hair in the back of her head..

Result..

Added background, and shadow..
2 or 3 hours to pencil line this Nymph..

River Nymphs live in the rivers of Splinterlands. They are shy and secretive, preferring to remain buried beneath the water's surface. They do, however, show a tremendous regard for life and have been known to assist individuals in need. They are also very protective of their homes and will defend them if they are endangered.

The teenage wizard hurled spell after spell at the five eldritch beasts emerging from the woodland. His spells, however, had little impact. The animals charged at him. He swayed backward till his sandals sank into the shallows of the river behind him. They had him completely encircled. The creatures hunkered, ready to leap and tear him apart.

The young magician was flooded with energy. His tiredness faded, and his eyes opened in amazement. He ran with extraordinary speed, whirling his arms and casting spells that tore into the eldritch monsters, leaving gory gashes.

Two of the animals died. When a third attacked him, he fired it in the face. It crumbled. The young wizard, on the other hand, was unbalanced, and the remaining two leapt at him. There is no time to respond.

A surge of water magic erupted from someplace behind him, slamming into the two monsters one after the other. They let out a yell, their flesh blazing in the night. They, too, collapsed and perished.

The young mage spun around. A thin woman in the water stood behind him, with immaculate blue-green skin, sharp ears, and rich dark-blue hair. Her fingers made patterns in the river as the water poured over her thin waist. Her features were lovely and exquisite. He was in awe of a magical fairy born of the river. He'd never seen anything more gorgeous than her.
