Tarsa was born with fire in her blood, according to the villagers, and this is true in many ways. Her ability to conjure and manipulate fire amplifies her blazing fury and quick temper. Tarsa had little patience for her parents and professors who sought to foster patience in her for such risky sorcery. She used her power to intimidate and threaten anybody who stood in her way.

Her innocent and youthful looks only served to aid her in further manipulating others around her. Every time anything or someone opposes her, she tells herself, "Tarsa always gets what Tarsa wants."

Tarsa perceived the arrival of the Chaos Legion as an opportunity to unleash her might without interruption from anybody else. She can burn everything else to the ground as long as the Chaos Legion opens the way for her.

Tarsa's laughter reverberated throughout the night. She was standing in the center of the vast plains, with a blanket of stars above her. As she commanded a blazing river of fire, her arms swirled in circles about her. The flames drifted up into the darkness as it twirled about her.

She was encircled by a barbaric tribe. Barbarians who were enraged because she was on their territory, stealing their resources, and hunting their livestock. They attempted to converse with her, but Tarsa seemed uninterested in conversing. She was more powerful than all of them put together.

With a flip of her wrist, bolts of fire erupted from her spinning torrent, striking the soldiers in her path. They yelled and screamed and screamed and s She burst out laughing.

"Come on!" she roared. "Let's see whether any of you can defeat me!"

Ok, the hair is always the easiest thing, and the head.. doesn't look that bad!
Her overall looks kinda weird..

Her head looks round and big, not really fit for a former "heroine".
So, what if I change the head like cropping it?

Her ponytail hair looks plain so I'll spread it out a bit!
Her new head looked kinda weird without a neck, so I added one!

Painting the hair! With a bright fire orange! Skin must be colored too!
I don't want Tarsa looking like a ghost.

Putting the hair outlines and finishing the hair's end!
Her eyes must glow with fiery!

Painting the overall in a dark green color..

Her shirt must go in a light grey, and adding magic into her hands!..

Overall's lines are striped up immediately.. and now she looks like a school girl..
