Newbie packs

Hello warriors of the land, im back for some newbie question. This particular query came from a friend of mine who is also new to the game. He said he had noticed that in the rankings, the higher you go, the bigger the rewards(well, its kinda obvious right?) the dec are overflowing(in a newbie's point of view lol) but the reward that my friend has noticed and in his opinion is kind of 'unfair' is the untamed pack reward. He said, do those guys really need it, (he meant that "those" guys who have achieved on the rankings, they have achieved it because they already have the "firepower" to do so) he thought untamed packs are meant to help beginners to go up the ranks and not become some master's reward. I cant say he is wrong, i cant say he is right either, because i also wanted that untamed pack but there's nothing to grab on the market. (though you can get one at 50 bucks on some shady guys selling at fb)
