The Worst Way to Use LLAMA + QUORA duo - Splinterlands Brawls
Hello everyone, this is a BRAWL REPORT from my guild BOOTY LICKERS. Although this wasn't my best performance, the games demonstrated that luck and praying to the RNG gods are sometimes necessary to win.
BATTLES
GAME 1
In the first game, I had a thrilling experience as I almost won my match in the EARTHQUAKE ruleset. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to maximize my RELENOR CLEAVER and ensure he got all the kills to activate his BLOODLUST ability, which would boost his armor and negate the EARTHQUAKE damage, his misses due to the enemy monsters' FLYING ability led to my defeat.
GAME 2
We both had a similar strategy, but unfortunately her QUORA dealt the first damage and won the game. It can be frustrating when luck is not on your side with the RNG.
GAME 3
A battle between Range Damage vs Magic Damage. I won the game because of the armor buffs I got from my summoner KELYA FRENDUL and VENARI WAVESMITH ability PROTECT which negated some of the enemy BLAST damage and also the enemy went for high armor monsters but my magic damage monsters ignores the armors and directly reduces the HP of its target which is why I won the game even though I was faced with a legendary Over Powered summoner such as YODIN.
GAME 4
In a battle of Ranged versus Magic Damage, I emerged victorious thanks to the armor buffs from my summoner Kelya Frendul and the Protect ability of my Venari Wavesmith, which reduced the damage of the enemy's Blast attacks. Additionally, my magic damage monsters were able to bypass the enemy's high armor monsters and deal direct HP damage, which ultimately secured my win, despite facing an overpowered legendary summoner like Yodin.
GAME 5
The game demonstrated the formidable strength of the classic LLAMA + QUORA combo, widely considered as the strongest duo in a 17 mana cap game.
GAME 6
GAME 7
Twice in a row, my unbeatable LLAMA + QUORA combo dominated even against three enemies, easily finishing them off one by one and securing my victory.
GAME 8
In the final round, I stubbornly stuck with my trusty LLAMA + QUORA combo despite the game's EQUALIZER ruleset, which gave all enemy monsters an HP boost of 11. Additionally, the enemy team's TANK HEAL made it impossible for my QUORA to deal enough damage and survive, ultimately leading to our defeat.

AFTERWORDS
While I didn't perform at my best, I learned a lot from playing with unfamiliar monsters and rulesets. It's clear that I'm out of the current meta. Despite having four losses, our guild, BOOTY LICKERS, managed to secure second place thanks to the impressive 7-0 records of some of my talented teammates. This experience was valuable and will help me improve my gameplay.
