Lore Summary

The Chaos Legion opened portals to invade Praetoria, causing the Spirit Hoarder, a mysterious and alien-looking creature, to be dragged through against its will. Its appearance is almost dryad-like, with a green body and aqua blue tributaries, and it carries a sinister, spinning orb of power which contains tormented spirits.
The Spirit Hoarder is indifferent to the source of souls it takes and has harvested both Praetorians and members of the Chaos Legion. The fighting between the two armies has been intense and is considered one of the greatest battles since the invasion began. The consensus among those who have encountered the Spirit Hoarder is that it should be destroyed and no longer allowed to blight the land.

Dispel(when this monster hits, it clears all positive status effects on that enemy)

Blind(Melee & Ranged attacks have an increased chance of missing their target)

Strategy

The opponent used magic attacks, Sneak(targets the last Monster on the enemy Team instead of the first Monster) with the Bandit skin, increased defense with the Protect skill (all friendly Monsters gain +2 Armor) from the Venari wavesmith and lowered my monsters' speed and ranged attacks with the summoner Quix the devious.

The Summoner I used was Astral entity that manages to reduce the opponent's shield by 2, revive an ally and makes my monsters have the Dodge skill(has an increased chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks) I also put magic attacks, ranged attack with aim true and two monsters with sneak. My objective was similar to the opponent's, putting monsters with a lot of life point and shield in front while making attacks from behind, finishing off the supports.

It would have been a victory for the opponent since my front monsters were being defeated and the Bandit skin dodging all my attacks (6 in total). But thanks to Triage from the Spirit Hoarder, all of the Pelacor Bandit's attacks on the Dhampir Stalker were being healed.

One thing I learned in this battle was that the ressurect skill is able to restore an effect of the monster that was revived. In the battle in question, the pelacor bandit was resurrected with the ability Enrage(has increased Melee attack and Speed when damaged).
