This is the weekly Challenge of SHARE YOUR BATTLE, and the Theme for the Week is SUPPLY RUNNER
Welcome to my Gaming Space where I give detailed analysis of my Splinterlands Battle.
For this week we shall discuss the theme of SUPPLY RUNNER.
The Supply Runner is a Monster I use when I have a battle with a big mana cap and when I choose a Summoner that gives all friendly Ranged Monsters an added attack effect.
Let's get into an in-depth analysis of this Monster and I will share a battle were I used it.
SUPPLY RUNNER 🏃♂️
Edition: CHAOS LEGION
Rarity: COMMON
Element: NEUTRAL
Attack: RANGED
Abilities: Swiftness (L5) and Strengthen (L10)
LORE
Every army should have them, every artisan should hire them, and every noble should own one. If you need absolutely anything, then a supply runner will get it for you. For their size they can carry vast amounts, they’re incredibly fast and they’ll even defend your deliveries with exuberant relish. Not only that but their expertise with the catapult they carry is renowned across the land. Countless confrontations have been recorded in the history books of these hired hands coming to the aid of convoys beset by bandits or roaming patrols attacked by the enemy. They have swarmed the foe, firing their shot down upon them and running havoc amongst their ranks with their incredible speed. Most of these forays have ended with the enemy fleeing, but those that did remain and fight didn’t last for long.
Gnomes have lived throughout Praetoria ever since the land was inhabited and are stalwart characters indeed. It is unsure as to whether they are native to this continent or not, but what is clear is that they didn’t originate or come from any of the other known Splinters. Talon and Gorst are the agency that hire them out and this organisation has always been crystal clear in the first and most important clause of their contracts, ‘These creatures are not to leave the shores of Praetoria, ever!’ Whether they are simply unwilling to share these efficient people with the rest of the world or there is some darker more sinister note that prevents them travelling is unknown, but the Praetorians don’t really care seeing as they have the exclusivity rights.
Usually, Gnomes have a natural resistance to magic, but the creeping plague seems to have afflicted some of them in a most curious way. You may get lucky and find one that has picked up the odd abilities that are incredibly useful when working with others, but on the other hand, some side effects have led to manic behaviour, an affinity to ale, mischievous use of their catapults, and downright murderous conduct. Needless to say, reliability can now be a bit hit and miss. You are strongly advised to read your contract of employment carefully, or you may find yourself in an unpleasant situation.

My battle was against GOSHOW who chose Summoner and Monsters from the Primal Force of Life. On the other hand, I selected my Summoner from the Primal Force of Dragon and my Monsters from the Primal Force of Earth. However, my SUPPLY RUNNER will be included in my team. We are both without Guilds.
📝 RULES OF THE BATTLE
The rules of the game were:
- Standard Game: which means no changes, modification or addition to the normal playing techniques.
- Mana Cap of 25
- Elements that can be used include all: Water, fire, Earth, light, death and dragon.
MY STRATEGY 🎯 AND LINE-UP ♟
For my strategy, here are my Summoner and Monsters, and I'll tell you why I chose each Summoner and Monsters.
MY SUMMONER
Drake of Arnak
I chose the Dragon Summoner so that it will give all friendly Monsters 1 shield, plus I'll also have the opportunity to use any Splinter I like.
MY MONSTERS
MEET MY MONSTERS
Monster Name | Image | Reason for Choosing |
---|---|---|
Venari Knifer | Venari Knifer is always my number 1 choice because of her attack and defense strategy. Her Thorns makes her defensive and her attack effect of 3, also makes her a great offensive player. The Gold Plated Venari Knifer is always a great choice. | |
Spirit Hoarder | My wonderful Legendary card 😁😁😁 His ability of Triage is quite necessary as it strengthens and heals other Monsters. I placed this Monster at this position to continously strengthen my back line Monsters while they attack. | |
Goblin Psychic | I placed the Goblin Psychic at this point to continously Strengthen my first attacker. So while my Venari Knifer has is both offensive and defensive, she is always Strengthened by Goblin Psychic. | |
Supply Runner | This is the themed Monster of the week. I placed it at the last position because it is a Ranged Monster who attacks from far distance. |
COMMENTARY AND SUMMARY ON THE BATTLE
ENTRANCE
RUMBLE
At the beginning of the Battle, the following events happened:
☆ My opponent's Summoner, Mother Kayla, gave my opponent's Monsters 1 health each.
☆ My opponent's Monster, Truthspeaker gave my opponent's Monsters shield ability.
☆ My Monster, Drake of Arnak, gave my Monsters 1 shield each.
THE BATTLE LASTED FOR 5 ROUNDS
ROUND ONE
☆ The first round began, and as usual my favourite team members kept on doing what they do the most. My Goblin Psychic kept on supplying the Venari Knifer more health, while it continues to remain strong at the battle ground.
ROUND TWO
☆ My opponent's first Monster was defeated with the combined attacks from my team Monsters.
ROUND THREE
☆ The battle continued with my team Monsters still standing strong.
ROUND FOUR
☆ With the combined attacks from my team Monsters, we defeated three Monsters in this round. And this confirmed our winning title.
ROUND FIVE
☆ Since my opponent's last Monster was a ranged Monster, it means that he cannot attack us from that angle, with the game rules.
....I WON THE BATTLE!!!
I am still maintaining my winning streak 😁😁
DID YOUR STRATEGY WORK?
Yes yes yes!
Just as I expected! And much more better! I won the battle without losing any team Monster. This was because of the continous strengthening of my Healing Monsters.
DO YOU LIKE SUPPLY RUNNER?
O yes, I really do!
It has a good stats and is pretty useful when there's a high mana cap game.
