Why you should purchase the (Chaos Legion) pack with Vouchers rather than buying them from Hive Engine.

So the Chaos Legion Pre-Sale is finally here! Vouchers and packs have finally hit the market and when you check on Hive Engine, it surprised me to see the prices of the Vouchers selling for nearly $19-20 at the time of writing this article.

What surprised me even more was the price for the CHAOS legion pack was going for $12-13.

It made me question why were the prices for the vouchers selling more than the packs? I thought the whole point of getting a voucher was to buy the packs.

Turns out in order for you to qualify for the special promo card airdrop, you must purchase the packs using vouchers, purchasing a pack from a third-party marketplace will not qualify you for the airdrop.

There will be 13 airdrop cards released as part of the Chaos Legion set as well as one special limited-edition promo card that will be airdropped at the end of the presale. A new card will be released and airdropped to all previous pack purchasers after the next batch of 1M Chaos Legion packs has been sold.

Each pack purchased during the presale will have a 2% chance of receiving a limited-edition promo card, and each of those will have a 2% chance of being a gold foil version (1 out of 50 on average). Accounts that have purchased 50 or more packs during the presale will be guaranteed to receive at least one limited-edition promo card for every 50 packs purchased, and accounts that purchase 1000 or more packs during the presale will be guaranteed to receive at least one gold foil limited-edition promo card for every 1000 packs purchased.

Me personally I don't have enough SPS staked to receive maybe 6-7 vouchers by the time the pre-sale is over. My plan is to wait a couple of days until the prices of the vouchers drop under $10 and slowly accumulate and try to purchase at least 50 Packs so that I can be guaranteed a card during the airdrop.
