Radiated Brute (COMMON Fire Monster)

The spreading blight on the continent of Praetoria twisted both the land and its people. Plants and animals were the first to become corrupted. Fungus sprouted from vegetation and gave them sentience. Animals grew extra limbs, heads, and grew to extraordinary sizes. Then the people fell ill. Some thought it was from the plague brought about by Doctor Blight. Others thought perhaps it was from the poisonous gases that seeped from the fissures near the volcano. Whatever it was, those who survived the sickness were changed. They mutated, grew stronger, and were filled with an uncontrollable rage. Some were unable to control that rage and went on murderous rampages. Others fought to maintain their sanity long enough to protect their family, friends, and neighbors from themselves. They fled into the Jade Thicket, where they became as feral as the wild animals of the continent. The people of Praetoria referred to them as Radiated Brutes... Lore.

A Brief Info About The Battle

The battle mana cap was 21 with the "Standard" ruleset where I've used the fire splinter and my opponent used the life splinter against me.

Lineup.

After selecting Tarsa as the summoner that offers +1 melee attack and +1 health, then I had Living Lava with 3 melee attacks & the "Shield" ability at the 1st position, Radiated Brute with 2 melee attacks & the "Reach" ability at the 2nd position, Tenyii Striker with 2 melee attacks & the "Sneak" ability at the 3rd position & Furious Chicken at the last position.

And after using Mother Khala as the summoner that offers +1 health, my opponent had his/her monsters as Blinding Reflector with a melee attack at the 1st position, Gargoya Scrapper with a melee attack at the 2nd position, Celestial Harpy with a melee attack & "Flying+Opportunity" abilities at the 3rd position, Time Mage with a magic attack & the "Slow" ability at the 4th position, Stitch Leech with 2 melee attacks & the "Sneak" ability at the 5th position & Lone Boatman with 2 ranged attacks & the "Snipe" ability at the last position.

Let me talk about monsters that I used in this battle.

No 01: Living Lava (Rare Fire Monster)

Living Lava became one of my favorite melee monsters from the fire splinter, especially for its "Shield" ability that helps it to reduce damage from melee and ranged attacks. And it has a big lava shield that we can see from its visual. I like to use it, especially with Yodin Zaku summoning the team.

I have used this monster in level 1 with 3 melee attacks, 1 speed, 2 shields, and 6 health with the "Shield" ability.

No 02: Radiated Brute (COMMON Fire Monster)

The spreading blight on the continent of Praetoria twisted both the land and its people. Plants and animals were the first to become corrupted. Fungus sprouted from vegetation and gave them sentience. Animals grew extra limbs, heads, and grew to extraordinary sizes. Then the people fell ill. Some thought it was from the plague brought about by Doctor Blight. Others thought perhaps it was from the poisonous gases that seeped from the fissures near the volcano...Lore

I've used Radiated Brute in level 1 with 2 melee attacks, 1 speed & 5 health with the "Reach" ability, and it needs 5 mana to battle.

No 03: Tenyii Striker (RARE Fire Monster)

A dozen generations sandwiched between the hammer of the Khans' cruelty and the anvil of the icy foothills of Kurguzd forged the Tenyii into reclusive deadly foes. Brought to the training creche from birth, taught to steal for food, beaten when caught and trained daily with the sword and spear as soon as they were strong enough for their hands to lift steel, the Tenyii clan were hard as iron and as fierce and silent as midnight on the mountain glacier...Lore

I've used Tenyii Striker in level 1 with 2 melee attacks, 2 speed & 6 health with the "Sneak" ability, and it needs 5 mana to battle.

Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

No 05: Furious Chicken (Rare Neutral Monster)

This is the card that I use when there's a slot left but no mana left. I mean its service is great for free I suppose. Right now... I can't imagine playing a match without this card.
It's like the chicken that lays the golden egg. It provides great support with its counterattack. With 0 mana... it's just amazing.

My Furious Chicken is in level 1 with 1 speed, 1 health and It needs 0 mana to play.

Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.
