En el ecosistema de Splinterlands, tus cartas no son solo herramientas de combate; de hecho, siempre he pensado que el activo más valioso de todos siempre han sido las "Cartas”, ya que, piensen por un momento, ¿cuál es la única constante que siempre está en "Splinterlands"? Pues esto es muy sencillo de responder, son las cartas, y es que en todos los modos de juego están presentes de una u otra manera; además, sin duda, estos son activos generadores de rendimiento, por lo que alquilarlas permite que otros jugadores compitan en ligas superiores mientras tú recibes pagos diarios en DEC (Dark Energy Crystals).
Por otro lado, esta es una de mis formas favoritas de generar rendimientos totalmente pasivos; y es que es muy fácil de poner a trabajar. Sin embargo, tampoco es que se trate de solo colocar cartas a lo loco en el mercado de alquiler; debemos pensar con estrategia, saber cuáles son las cartas que más se usan en la actualidad, conocer el metajuego y algunos otros detalles que con gusto estaré dispuesto a compartir con todos ustedes en el transcurso de esta publicación, ya que, poco a poco, iré publicando y/o explicando todas las formas en las que se pueden generar ingresos con Splinterlands.
Así que, si eres nuevo, estás comenzando, quieres diversificar un poco y poner a trabajar tus cartas, pues este post es para ti. Quédate hasta el final, ponte cómodo y, lo más importante, presta atención y aplica lo que aprendas.
Gestión de Alquileres con Peakmonsters.com
Peakmonsters es la plataforma de gestión de activos preferida por los jugadores profesionales debido a su interfaz avanzada y herramientas de automatización; además, es una de las plataformas pioneras en el ecosistema de “Splinterlands”, por lo que es una de las más seguras que existen alrededor del juego, así que la recomiendo con los ojos cerrados, ya que, principalmente cuando suelo alquilar cartas, lo hago por esta vía, aunque debo aclarar que no es la única, pero de eso hablaré en otra publicación.
Así que, ya con esto claro, a continuación, les mostraré la ruta con el objetivo de que coloquen sus cartas a trabajar:
Paso a Paso: El Proceso de Listado
1. Sincronización: Ingresa a Peakmonsters.com e inicia sesión utilizando Hive Keychain. Esto vincula de forma segura tu inventario de la blockchain de Hive con la interfaz del juego; además, es muy cómoda e intuitiva y la verdad es que prácticamente es de uso obligatorio si quieres agilizar el registro y el inicio de sesión en las múltiples plataformas en las que podemos trabajar.
2. Acceso al Inventario: En el menú superior, haz clic en "My Cards". Aquí verás todas las cartas que posees y que puedes seleccionar para alquilar, recordando que debes elegir solo las que tengas en propiedad, sin mencionar que, si las has jugado y tienen enfriamiento, no podrás alquilarlas hasta que finalice este tiempo.
3. Selección y Filtro: Utiliza los filtros laterales y asegúrate de marcar en los filtros “Owned”, ya que esto te asegurará que se muestren las cartas que posees en propiedad, ya que, si no lo haces, puedes tener todas las cartas ligadas, me refiero a las “Soulbound” si tienes, o las que hayan alquilado a otro jugador, etc.
4. Acción por Lote (Bulk Action): Selecciona las casillas de las cartas que deseas alquilar; luego debes irte al carrito de compras y seleccionar “Rent”. Allí verás todas las cartas que puedes alquilar con un clic; sin embargo, no lo hagas de inmediato, necesitas cambiar el precio de alquiler o el costo de estas, por lo que la idea es hacer clic donde dice “Change Price”.
5. Configuración de Precios: * Puedes elegir "Manual" para establecer un precio específico por día haciendo clic donde comenté anteriormente. Lo más recomendable es usar "Standard” o “Aggressive", que te muestran el precio más competitivo actual si es que quieres maximizar las ganancias, aunque, si quieres ser conservador, seleccionar “Set Lowest” podría ser una buena opción para alquilar rápido, pero puedes probar también el observar el “Price Discovery Tools”, ya que allí verás el precio más de cerca y manualmente puedes cambiarlo.
6. Confirmación: Haz clic en "Confirm". Tus cartas aparecerán ahora en el mercado público de alquileres.
Estrategias de Optimización de Ganancias
Invocadores y Arcontes (Prioridad Alta)
Los Invocadores, o ahora llamados “Arcontes”, son lo que llamo el "cuello de botella" del juego; ya que un jugador no puede usar cartas de nivel alto si su invocador/arconte es de nivel bajo, esto quiere decir que sí o sí los necesitas para mejorar tu juego y jugar otras cartas más poderosas.
- Estrategia: Los invocadores de las ediciones más recientes (Rebellion y Conclave Arcana) tienen una demanda constante. Alquilarlos a niveles clave (Nivel 3 para Plata, Nivel 6 para Oro) suele ser más rentable que tener muchas copias de nivel 1; esto quiere decir que, si te enfocas en estos 2 SETS, podrás maximizar las ganancias del alquiler.
Cartas con Habilidades Únicas
En el metajuego de 2026, cartas con habilidades como Pinpoint, Reflexes o Bloodlust son extremadamente codiciadas. Si posees cartas que son "counters" directos de estrategias populares, me refiero a esas combinaciones que la mayoría de los jugadores suelen utilizar, puedes permitirte listarlas un 5-10% por encima del precio de mercado; esto es porque habrá una lucha de adquisición por parte de los jugadores y al final, tu carta quedará en la cima y como la única que se podrá alquilar a ese precio. Los jugadores no dudarán ni un segundo en alquilarla, ya que saben que con su presencia pueden cambiar el rumbo de una batalla.
El Valor de las Ediciones "Gold Foil" (Doradas)
Las versiones doradas no solo se ven mejor, sino que otorgan un bono de puntos de recompensa al jugador que las usa. Es por esta razón que suelen usarlas mucho en el juego o, en su defecto, en cualquier otro de los modos que existan, resaltando especialmente los “Torneos”, así que, si tienes de estas cartas y de las ediciones más cotizadas por los jugadores, obtendrás muy buenas ganancias por colocar estas cartas en alquiler.
- Estrategia: Muchos jugadores alquilan cartas doradas al final de la temporada para asegurar mejores cofres. El precio de alquiler de una carta dorada puede triplicar o cuadruplicar el de una regular, así que con esto pueden imaginar las posibles ganancias si tienen cartas que todo el mundo busca.
Consideraciones Finales
Para tener éxito, mantén tu mazo lo más diversificado que puedas, por ejemplo, un mazo compuesto por un 60% de unidades esenciales de bajo costo (para volumen constante) y un 40% de unidades críticas de alto valor (invocadores y legendarias), o las que mencione, las que tengan habilidades únicas que todos los jugadores busquen.
Si lo haces bien, esto te proporcionará un flujo de caja equilibrado y resistente a los cambios del meta-juego, así que, espero que lo pongas en practica y comentes que estrategias usas regulamente para ganar en “Splinterlands” dinero pasivo.

In the Splinterlands ecosystem, your cards aren’t just tools for battle; in fact, I’ve always believed that the most valuable asset of all has always been the “Cards,” because, think about it for a moment: what’s the one constant that’s always present in “Splinterlands”? Plus, they’re undoubtedly yield-generating assets, so renting them out allows other players to compete in higher leagues while you receive daily payments in DEC (Dark Energy Crystals).
On the other hand, this is one of my favorite ways to generate completely passive income; it’s just so easy to get started. However, it’s not just a matter of randomly placing cards on the rental market; we need to think strategically, know which cards are most in demand right now, understand the metagame, and be aware of a few other details that I’ll be happy to share with all of you throughout this post, as I’ll gradually be publishing and/or explaining all the ways you can generate income with Splinterlands.

In fact, whenever I rent cards, I usually do so through this platform—though I should clarify that it’s not the only option, but I’ll discuss that in another post.
Now that we've cleared that up, I'll show you the steps so you can put your cards to work:
Step by Step: The Listing Process
1. Synchronization: Go to Peakmonsters.com and log in using Hive Keychain. This securely links your Hive blockchain inventory to the game interface; it’s also very convenient and intuitive, and honestly, it’s practically a must-have if you want to streamline registration and login across the various platforms we use.
2. Access to Inventory: In the top menu, click "My Cards." Here you'll see all the cards you own and can select to rent out. Remember to choose only the ones you own, and keep in mind that if you've played a card and it's currently on cooldown, you won't be able to rent it out until the cooldown period ends.
3. Selection and Filter: Use the filters on the side and be sure to check the “Owned” box, as this will ensure that only the cards you actually own are displayed. If you don’t, you might see all your bound cards—I mean “Soulbound” cards, if you have any—or cards you’ve loaned to another player, etc.
4. Bulk Action: Check the boxes next to the cards you want to rent; then go to the shopping cart and select “Rent.” There, you’ll see all the cards you can rent with a single click; however, don’t do it right away—you need to change the rental price or cost, so click where it says “Change Price.”
5. Pricing Settings: You can select "Manual" to set a specific daily price by clicking where I mentioned earlier. The best option is to use "Standard" or "Aggressive," which show you the most competitive current price if you want to maximize your earnings. However, if you want to play it safe, selecting "Set Lowest" could be a good option for renting out quickly. You can also try checking the "Price Discovery Tools," where you can see the price in more detail and manually adjust it.
6. Confirmación: Click "Confirm." Your listings will now appear on the public rental market.
Profit Optimization Strategies
Summoners and Archons (High Priority)
Summoners—now known as “Archons”—are what I call the “bottleneck” of the game; since a player can’t use high-level cards if their Summoner/Archon is low-level, this means you absolutely need them to improve your gameplay and play more powerful cards.
- Strategy: Summoners from the most recent expansions (Rebellion and Arcane Conclave) are in constant demand. Renting them out at key levels (Level 3 for Silver, Level 6 for Gold) is usually more profitable than having many Level 1 copies; this means that if you focus on these two sets, you can maximize your rental profits.
Cards with Unique Abilities
In the 2026 metagame, cards with abilities like Pinpoint, Reflexes, or Bloodlust are extremely sought-after. If you own cards that are direct counters to popular strategies—I’m referring to those combinations that most players tend to use—you can list them at 5–10% above market price; this is because there will be a bidding war among players, and in the end, your card will come out on top as the only one available for rent at that price. Players won’t hesitate for a second to rent it, since they know that its presence can turn the tide of a battle.
The Value of "Gold Foil" Editions
Gold versions not only look better, but they also grant a bonus reward points to the player who uses them. That’s why they’re often used extensively in the game or, failing that, in any other available game modes—especially “Tournaments.” So, if you have these cards and the editions most sought after by players, you’ll make a very good profit by renting them out.
- Strategy: Many players rent out golden cards at the end of the season to guarantee better chests. The rental price for a golden card can be three or four times that of a regular card, so you can imagine the potential profits if you have cards that everyone is looking for.
Final Thoughts
To succeed, keep your deck as diverse as possible—for example, a deck consisting of 60% low-cost essential units (for consistent volume) and 40% high-value critical units (summoners and legendaries), or the ones I mentioned, which have unique abilities that all players are looking for.
