Ok, vamos a comenzar con los recursos mas obvios y oficiales, al final estos funcionan muy bien, aunque hay otros que te ayudan mucho mas en la progresión, así que vamos con todo:

¿Como aprender con las Guías oficiales?

• Documentación y Guías: Si entras Aquí podrás observar una guía para los nuevos jugadores, lo que es genial, si la sigues aprenderás lo más básico que necesitas para comenzar, las mecánicas del juego, como funciona el posicionamiento, analizar las reglas de la batalla, la estrategia del oponente, el uso de los elementos, la selección de arcontes y mas detalles que tienes que leer, para mí, esta es una guía muy completa, aunque es básica de un primer vistazo podrás ver de que va el juego de forma muy rápida.

• Habilidades, debilitaciones y modificadores: En esta misma pagina oficial donde “Splinterlands” suele publicar todo lo relacionado con el juego para que los jugadores aprendan, también tienes la guía o mas bien la lista de todas las “Habilidades, debilitaciones y modificadores, ademas de una guía de cuales habilidades pueden contrarrestar a otras por sus efectos, lo que te servirá de mucho para poder avanzar sin ninguna duda. Haciendo clic AQUÍ podrás acceder a todo esto, solo tienes que entrar y ver todas las guías que publica el mismo equipo y con esto ya tienes mucha información que te podrá ayudar en tu progreso.

• El modo campaña: Para mi después de que leas todo lo anterior y quieres comenzar con el pie derecho, yo entraría sin retraso en el “Modo Campaña”, ya que este modo de juego también tiene un tutorial integrado en el que podrás de forma práctica aplicar lo aprendido en las guías anteriores, ademas, mientras avanzas en este modo podrás ganar tus primeras cartas del SET “Foundations”.

Nota: Con estos recursos en mi opinión es mas que suficiente para aprender, la verdad que lo tiene todo, están todas las habilidades y/o modificadores y ademas explica de forma sencilla como puedes usarlos, sin embargo, si quieres ir aún más allá, existen plataformas externas creadas por terceros donde puedes acelerar aun mas la progresión y en la siguiente sección te diré cuáles son.

Plataforma de terceros que pueden acelerar tu progresión en “Splinterlands”

Las mejores plataformas de terceros para aprender:

En la sección anterior vimos la forma oficial, pero muchas de las plataformas de terceros ofrecen mucho conocimiento de forma impresionante. No les explicare como funcionan en detalle cada una, pero si las definiré y les comentare que pueden encontrar, ya que si lo hago este post será infinito y no quiero aburrirlos, así que, vamos con esto:

• Splintercards: Para mi es una de las mejores plataformas que se crearon sobre el ecosistema de “Splinterlands”, ya que es un todo en uno, no solo puedes vigilar la economía, sino que tienes herramientas para distintas cosas dentro del juego, aunque no solo eso, tiene un apartado de “Gameplay” muy bueno que, aunque no tiene todas las reglas y habilidades completas, vale la pena mirar las que existen porque da consejos de juego muy buenos y que en su momento me ayudaron mucho.

• Splinterguide: Esta es otra plataforma que no ha sido actualizada en un tiempo, su información esta actualizada esta la edición de “Rebellion”, sin embargo, cuando ingresas a cada carta posee una información increíble que te puede ayudar en la combinación de cartas, estrategias, algo que las guías básicas de la sección anterior no tienen y no solo eso, puedes ver los modificadores en los que esa carta se desempeña mucho mejor que otras, los modificadores en los que no deberías jugarla, y en los que la carta no es elegible.

Consideraciones Finales

Estas son las mejores formas de aprender sobre el juego, tanto de forma básica como avanzada, por supuesto, sé que están algo desactualizadas, pero con ellas todavía puedes aprender siendo todavía un iniciado en el juego, así que, si deseas realmente ser un profesional, tienes que verificar estas plataformas.

Splinterlands is a TCG-style card game in "Auto Battler" mode built on the Hive network, where the vast majority of in-game assets have real-world value. Of course, there’s much more to Splinterlands than that, but this post isn’t really about explaining what the game is—rather, it’s meant to highlight all the essential elements that every new player should keep in mind to learn the game.

While it’s a game that’s very easy to pick up, the real challenge lies in mastering all the elements needed to play it like a pro. What you need to learn is exactly what I’ve covered in many of the posts I’ve published on this topic—or at least touched upon—so here you’ll find everything you need to understand the game from scratch to mastery in no time.

Of course, there’s no magic formula—you won’t succeed overnight. You need consistency, discipline, and a commitment to learning. With that in mind, let’s dive into today’s content.

Okay, let's start with the most obvious and official resources—after all, they work really well—though there are others that will help you progress much more, so let's dive right in:

How can I learn using the official guides?

• Documentation and Guides: If you click here, you'll find a guide for new players, which is great; If you follow it, you’ll learn the basics you need to get started: the game mechanics, how positioning works, how to analyze battle rules and your opponent’s strategy, the use of elements, archon selection, and other details you should read. In my opinion, this is a very comprehensive guide; even though it’s basic, at first glance you’ll quickly get a sense of what the game is all about.

• Abilities, debuffs, and modifiers: On this same official page, where “Splinterlands” usually posts everything related to the game to help players learn, you’ll also find a guide—or rather, a list—of all the “Abilities, Debuffs, and Modifiers,” as well as a guide on which abilities can counter others based on their effects, which will undoubtedly be very helpful as you progress. By clicking HERE, you can access all of this; just go there and check out all the guides published by the team, and you’ll have plenty of information to help you progress.

• Campaign Mode: In my opinion, once you’ve read all of the above and want to get off to a good start, I’d jump right into “Campaign Mode,” since this game mode also includes a built-in tutorial where you can put what you’ve learned from the previous guides into practice. Plus, as you progress through this mode, you’ll be able to earn your first cards from the “Foundations” set.

Note: In my opinion, these resources are more than enough to learn the game—they really have everything you need, including all the skills and/or modifiers, and they explain in simple terms how to use them. However, if you want to take it even further, there are third-party platforms where you can speed up your progression even more, and I’ll tell you what they are in the next section.

Third-party platforms that can help you level up faster in “Splinterlands”

In the previous section, we looked at the official method, but many third-party platforms offer a wealth of information in an impressive way. I won’t explain how each one works in detail, but I will define them and tell you what you can find there—because if I did, this post would go on forever, and I don’t want to bore you. So, let’s get started:

• Splintercards: For me, it’s one of the best platforms ever created for the “Splinterlands” ecosystem, since it’s an all-in-one solution: not only can you monitor the economy, but you also have tools for various in-game activities. And that’s not all—it has a really great “Gameplay” section that, even though it doesn’t include all the rules and abilities in full, it’s worth checking out the ones that are there because they offer great gameplay tips that really helped me back in the day.

• Splinterguide: This is another platform that hasn't been updated in a while; the information is current as of the "Rebellion" edition, however, when you click on each card, it contains incredible information that can help you with card combinations and strategies—something the basic guides in the previous section lack. Not only that, but you can see the modifiers where that card performs much better than others, the modifiers where you shouldn’t play it, and the ones where the card isn’t eligible.

These are the best ways to learn about the game, from the basics to advanced techniques. Of course, I know they’re a bit outdated, but you can still use them to learn even if you’re just starting out. So, if you really want to become a pro, you should definitely check out these platforms.
