Splinterlands Battle of the Day - Life (Brain) vs Legendary Water Card

Like I always said, this game demand, not your wallet but your attention and strategy. So once again, let's review why legendary cards will not always secure victory in Splinterlands.

Let's look at the factor why I won this game with a life deck which will normally get decimated by a water magic deck.

1. First, I check back my opponent's latest previous matched to predict which deck he/she will use (which every new player should learn). I predicted my opponent will choose the water deck because of that.
2. To counter magic deck I chose 2 cards, 1 high HP tank Paladin and 1 with void armor Clay Golem. This way one can soak all the damage from magic backline and one to soak the opponent tank attack.
3. Magic deck usually has a very weak backline, so I chose 2 sneak cards to decimate their main power output from the back.
4. To buff my 2 key factors to win, I deployed Silvershield Knight to buff attack and Renova to buff HP.
