Yahallu everyone ๐Ÿ˜ Hope you guys are doing great.

I was so pump in climbing my league from Bronze III to Silver league because of my EOS rewards from the last Season of September. My First ever GOLD FOIL card!!!!

Then, I managed to become a low ranking player at Silver III before the October season ends.
Grinding my way from crowded Bronze league to Silver league had a plenty of ups and downs, but still I made it. Shout out to those renters who cancel their cards. That messed up my way up to Silver I. While I appreciate those who didn't, you have my thanks (and my DEC LOL).

Here they are, My current EOS rewards ๐Ÿ˜‚. Not so bad but Not so good.

I'm expecting a shaker but unfortunately, we still need to try again in current and latest season. I will not lose hope and I will get that LEGENDARY and GF!

As the days of EOS tick away, many of my rentals got cancelled. How I managed to solve this one? For Bronze player, this is for you.
My advices are maybe obvious but I'll still tell em.

  1. As the New Season starts, Build your cheap competitive 2-3 decks (I mostly use Fire, Water and Death deck to grind my way to 1000 ratings. Mylor at Bronze, it's not good for me in my opinion)
  2. Grind your ratings first before renting for power, It would be best to play and win 20-30 battles per day. (After I got 400 ratings, I'll just rent a cheap 1k power to become Bronze II. Then back to winning few more until my ratings are 1000 while efficiently using my ECR)
  3. Already 1000+ ratings and Renting for Power? I usually rent RARE Gold card but Don't focus on Gold. Regular Legendary cards (as long it's not legion cards) are worth 1000+ power and can become helpful to your silver league journey.
  4. Already 15000+ power with 1000K ratings, Congrats- You're in Silver III now. Best time to grind and save more DEC coz YOU'LL NEED EM LATER! ( you can climb higher rank and league, if you're confident and willing to spend your earned DEC. )
  5. Monitor your rentals at Peakmonster site, you can see if there are cancelled rentals there.
  6. Already mid-season and Feels good having enough power? Don't be complacent and rent more cheap cards but don't spend to much of your Hive keychain RESOURCE CREDITS. 2-3 days before EOS, there will be chaos because many of your rentals will get cancel. If you have save up more DEC while totally negating your rentals cost, then you're in good situation. With your 90-100% Resource credits and saved DEC to sacrifice, Salvage your desired power in the last day (when the EOS timer is less than 24 hours). Those whose mess with rentals cannot take your rented cards because for them to cancel, there should be at least 24 hours/1 day or more left on the duration of rented cards.

Hopefully this could help to the new players and frustrated players who rent at the Lower League.

Comment down below your other suggestions, corrections or advices to rental problems.

Have a nice day everyone.

Hello, @lgxgaming! This is @traciyork from the @ocd (Original Content Decentralized) curation team. We noticed you shared your first post here on Hive - congratulations and welcome! It would also be awesome if you could do an introduction post, so our community can get to know you better. For information on how to write an intro post, please check out the SELF INTRODUCTION section of the post 3 things Newbies should do in their first week on Hive.

Speaking of community, we have many different ones here on the blockchain, devoted to all kinds of interests. Here's a link so you can check them all out - Hive Communities . I think you'll find these two particularly interesting to start off with -

Splinterlands

Hive Gaming Community

Also, as Hive can sometimes be quite confusing, the newly launched Newbies Guide should be helpful to you, as it is a growing repository of useful and easy to understand posts about how the Hive ecosystem works.

Please be aware that Hive is a bit different from other social media platforms since you are monetizing your blog, so it is important not to include content that you don't own without sources (and it shouldn't exceed 50% of the post). For more information, check this post - Why and How People Abuse and Plagiarise by hivewatchers.

Since you're new, you may run into an RC (Resource Credits) error when trying to comment/post because you don't yet have enough Hive in your account yet. For assistance with a temporary delegation to get you started, be sure to check out the Gift Giver site.

For now, @lovesniper will follow your account and we are looking forward to seeing your intro post. Also, please mention (also known as tagging) @traciyork & @lovesniper in your intro post in order for us to be notified, so we can consider your post for OCD curation. Lastly, feel free to hop into the OCD Discord server if you have any questions!
