A few hours ago, the first step of the new Splinterlands Airdrop System, codenamed Rebellion Conflicts ended, which distributed 4716 legendary cards of the Dragon element = 4716 Rage cards.

The probabilities of receiving a Rage card from the airdrop were = 0.436% per chance.
This means that to have a high probability of receiving one of the 4,000 Rage cards from the airdrop it was necessary to accumulate at least 229.35 chanches.

4000 Rage cards were distributed via the new airdrob mechanism based on Contribution Points and total number of chanches.
716 Rage cards were distributed through an additional distribution mechanism that guaranteed one Rage card for every 200 chances accumulated.

I have created a table to schematize and summarize the mechanism of the first Conflict Airdrop System (note that in the second airdrop the chances to receive a guaranteed card increased from the first airdrop: 200->250).

I was lucky in the first Airdrop because I accumulated 318 Chances and expected to receive 2 Rage cards.

I received 4 Rage Regular Foil cards.
I also used 60 VOUCHER to increase the probability of receiving a Rage Gold Foil card (2%->4% per card) but I was not lucky in this case.

However, I am very satisfied with my results in the first airdrop because Rage is a card I really like and with 4 cards available I immediately combined 3 cards to have Level 2 Rage in my card collection.

Rage's only defect is its cost in mana which is very high (16) but its battle stats are very strong especially from level 2 onwards, a level in which it acquires the Weapon Training ability that allows attackless cards placed adjacent to Rage to acquire a 3-point magic attack.

I would like to upgrade Rage to at least level 3 where it acquires the Life Leach ability and becomes an even more useful card in battle, and I will evaluate in the coming days what purchase strategy to adopt.

The second Conflict Airdrop started less than 24 hours ago and will end in 29 days and 9 hours.

At the end of the second Conflict another legendary card will be distributed: KEI

When KEI will be distributed and be usable in battle it will introduce into the game dynamics a new ability: Hamstring

The requirements to participate in Rebellion Conflicts are 2:

• have one or more Mage Wagons = containers in game that can hold max 5 Rebellion cards and max 100 Rebellion packs.
• have Rebellion cards (not for sale and not delegated) and/or Rebellion packs.

In the second conflict airdrop you will need to accumulate more chanches than in the first airdrop to receive a guaranteed card: 250 chances instead of 200.

At the end of the second airdrop, the Card Prizes / Total Reward Chances ratio will allow calculation of the percent chance of receiving 1 Rage card per Airdrop Chance.

The KEI cards distributed will be 4000, the same number of Rage cards distributed in the first airdrop, but the total number of KEI cards distributed will be higher due to the promotion guaranteeing 1 KEI card for every 250 Airdrop Chances.

Based on the new requirement to receive 1 guaranteed KEI card I have calculated:

• the Total Collection Power required to obtain 1 to 11 guaranteed KEI cards in the second airdrop in a time frame of 30 days = 720 hours
• the number of Rebellion packs needed to obtain 1 to 11 guaranteed KEI cards in the second airdrop in a 30-day time frame = 720 hours

My strategy for the second Rebellion Conflict will be the same as during the previous airdrop:

• I will not purchase any more Mage Wagons besides the 15 Mage Wagons I have.
• I will continue to increase the battle strength of my collection of cards of the Rebellion set = + Collection Power = + Contribution Points = + Airdrop Chances

The advice I gave in a previous post of mine still applies:

• it does not worth spending $1.75 to buy 1 Mage Wagons in which to put 5 common level 1 cards = 25 Total Contribution points if you have in other Mage Wagon cards you use in battle of higher rarity that you can upgrade.

The calculations in the next image clearly show the validity of my advice ;)

With the 4 copies of Rage that I received in the first airdrop:

• I received a total value = $60.60 (based on Highest Bid market value).
• I increased my Contribution Points: +2000

I conclude this post by sharing a battle of mine in which I used Rage level 2.

Although Rage plays much better in battles that have other battle rulesets even in a battle with the Aimless ruleset it showed its strength.
Rage was very important in winning this battle and in fact the final attack that decided the battle was indeed a Rage attack.

The Second Conflict Started + My Result in Rage Airdrop + My Strategy

Poche ore fa è terminato il primo step del nuovo Splinterlands Airdrop System, codename Rebellion Conflicts che ha distribuito 4716 carte leggendarie dell'elemento Dragone = 4716 Rage cards.

Le probabilità di ricevere una carta Rage dall'airdrop sono state = 0.436% per chance.
Questo vuol dire che per avere una alta probabilità di ricevere una delle 4000 carte Rage dall'airdrop era necessario accumulare almeno 229.35 chanches.

4000 carte Rage sono state distribuite tramite il nuovo meccanismo di airdrob basato sui Contribution Points e sul numero totale di chanches.
716 carte Rage sono state distribuite tramite un aggiuntivo meccanismo di distribuzione che ha garantito una carta Rage per ogni 200 chances accumulate.

Ho creato una tabella per schematizzare e sintetizzare il meccanismo del primo Conflict Airdrop System (nota che nel secondo airdrop le chances per ricevere una carta garantita sono aumentate rispetto al primo airdrop: 200->250).

Io sono stato fortunato nel primo Airdrop perchè ho accumulato 318 Chances e mi aspettavo di ricevere 2 carte Rage.

Ho ricevuto 4 carte Rage Regular Foil.
Ho utilizzato anche 60 VOUCHER per aumentare la probabilità di ricevere una carta Rage Gold Foil (2%->4% per carta) ma non sono stato fortunato in questo caso.

Sono comunque molto soddisfatto dei miei risultati nel primo airdrop perchè Rage è una carta che mi piace molto e con 4 carte a disposizione ho immediatamente combinato 3 carte per avere Rage di livello 2 nella mia collezione di carte.

L'unico difetto di Rage è il costo in mana che è molto alto (16) ma le sue statistiche di battaglia sono molto forti specialmente a partire dal livello 2, livello nel quale acquisisce l'abilità Weapon Training che permette di far acquisire un attacco magico di 3 punti alle carte senza attacco posizionate adiacenti a Rage.

Mi piacerebbe portare Rage almeno al livello 3 dove acquisisce l'abilità Life Leach e diventa una carta ancora più utile in battaglia e valuterò nei prossimi giorni la strategia di acquisto da adottare.

Il secondo Conflict Airdrop è iniziato da meno di 24 ore e terminerà tra 29 giorni e 9 ore.

Alla fine del secondo Conflict sarà distribuita un'altra carta leggendaria: KEI

Quando KEI sarà distribuita e sarà utilizzabile in battaglia introdurrà nelle dinamiche di gioco una nuova abilità: Hamstring

I requisiti per partecipare ai Rebellion Conflicts sono 2:

• avere uno o più Mage Wagon = contenitori in game che possono contenere max 5 Rebellion cards e max 100 Rebellion packs.
• avere Rebellion cards (non in vendita e non delegate) e/o Rebellion packs

Nel secondo conflict airdrop sarà necessario accumulare un numero maggiore di chanches rispetto al primo airdrop per ricevere una carta garantita: 250 chances invece di 200.

Alla fine del secondo airdrop il rapporto Card Prizes / Total Reward Chances permetterà di calcolare la percentuale di probabilità di ricevere 1 carta Rage per ogni Airdrop Chance.

Le carte KEI distribuite saranno 4000, lo stesso numero delle carte Rage distribuite nel primo airdrop, ma il numero totale di carte KEI distribuite sarà più alto per effetto della promozione che garantisce 1 carta KEI per ogni 250 Airdrop Chances.

In base al nuovo requisito per ricevere 1 carta KEI garantita ho calcolato:

• il Total Collection Power necessario per ottenere da 1 a 11 carte KEI garantite nel secondo airdrop in un intevallo di tempo di 30 giorni = 720 ore
• il numero di Rebellion packs necessario per ottenere da 1 a 11 carte KEI garantite nel secondo airdrop in un intevallo di tempo di 30 giorni = 720 ore

La mia strategia per il secondo Rebellion Conflict sarà la stessa che ho adottato durante il precedente airdrop:

• non aquisterò altri Mage Wagons oltre ai 15 Mage Wagons che ho
• continuerò ad aumentare la forza in battaglia della mia collezione di carte del set Rebellion = + Collection Power = + Contribution Points = + Airdrop Chances

Vale sempre il consiglio che ho dato in un mio precedente post:

• non conviene spendere 1.75$ per acquistare 1 Mage Wagons in cui mettere 5 carte comuni di livello 1 = 25 Total Contribution points se hai carte che usi in battaglia di rarità maggiore che puoi potenziare.

I calcoli nell'immagine seguente mostrano chiaramente la validità del mio consiglio ;)

Con le 4 copie di Rage che ho ricevuto nel primo airdrop:

• ho ricevuto un valore totale = 60.60$ (based on Highest Bid market value)
• ho aumentato i miei Contribution Points: +2000

Concludo questo post con la condivisione di una mia battaglia in cui ho utilizzato Rage di livello 2.

Anche se Rage gioca molto meglio in battaglie che hanno altre regole di battaglia anche in una battaglia con la ruleset Aimless ha mostrato la sua forza.
Rage è stato molto importante per vincere questa battaglia e infatti l'attacco finale che ha deciso la battaglia è stato proprio un attacco di Rage.
