CHAOS LEGION MEME - TODAY BEFORE THE GREAT PRESALE

I've been like that guy on the right of the meme for the last 3 hours! I was very surprised to see the Booster pack come in at $4. So now I have two riddles to solve.

1. How do I get my hands on 1000 vouchers?
2. 1. How do I pay for $4000 worth of boosters? Once I solve those two problems, I'll be able to sleep at night again.

I haven't ruled out purchasing vouchers yet. I'm taking a wait and see attitude toward them. Right now I'm trying to determine what a fair price is for them, then if they are less than that I might get a few. I've seen a few posts that tried to give a value but most of them were making wild assumptions or using bad math.
