I hereby offer to sell 5% of the web-app "splinter.monster" including ownership of:

• source code
• brand rights
• servers and database
• domain name splinter.monster

The ownership will include proportional liabilities on costs such as:

• server expenses
• dababase expenses
• marketing (if applicable)

The ownership will grant proportional profit sharing including:

• Subscription revenues
• 3rd party revenues
