why can't i use my gladius cards in brawl but my opponents can plus more (possible scam)

why can't i use my gladius cards in brawl but my opponents can and batles are acting funny i will have an attack power of 4 but will only do 2 keep an eye out for unfair or scamy game play i will update if i find more
