SHARING MY BATTLE for Weekly Challenge! GOBLIN PSYCHIC, baby!

There's a reason why Goblin Psychic is one of the most expensive common cards from the Chaos Legion set - it's that lit, especially when it's placed in the right position.

Here's a 17 mana battle (Rules: Armored Up, Stampede) to showcase how useful Goblin Psychic can be even in the low-mana battles:

Lineup:

Failed Summoner, Regal Peryton, Goblin Psychic, Fungus Fiend.

The idea behind the strategy:

Since this was only water or earth battle, my first assumption was that there is 50/50 chance that the enemy will use magic attackers, and that the damage to my tank shouldn't be that high, given low mana requirements for the match.

Knowing that, I chose Failed Summoner for a tank, as it can deflect likely magic attacks and also can absorb damage and stay alive long enough for it to be healed by Goblin Psychic. This is also the very first reason why I included Goblin Psychic to my lineup.

In the second position, I chose Regal Peryton - high speed to avoid likely melee attacks and, like Failed Summoner, has a decent chance to be healed by Goblin Psychic which sits right behind him. The only downside of choosing Regal Peryton is low magic damage - however, the benefits outweigh cons in this case.

Third position - Goblin Psychic. There are several things why I like to include it in my lineup. First - healing. Very beneficial. Second - high damage. Third - if it comes to the first place, it can heal itself, which is a super underrated ability in the current meta.

Since it was likely that the enemy will take water and, thus, have a monster with the opportunity skill in his lineup (something like Deeplurker) or stealth. As such Fungus Fiend came in handy, especially with "Armored up" ruleset where he can absorb much more damage than usual. Besides, it costs 0 mana, so why not?

...but did it work?

Yes!

Although the enemy did not play magic and chose the water team, Failed Summoner served perfectly as a tank and survived the whole battle even standing directly against Diemonshark, because Goblin Psychic managed to heal him up several times and waste the enemy's attacks.

As a result, Regal Peryton didn't even get hit.

Also, Fungus Fiend managed to protect Goblin Psychic from stealth attacks, while Goblin Psychic carried out the whole game with his massive damage.

So should I pick Goblin Psychic more often?

Without a doubt it's one of the most powerful earth cards no matter its rarity. It deals massive damage, it heals (even itself) and it has a decent amount of HP.

The only downside - only 1 speed. However, in a reverse speed ruleset, Goblin Psychic becomes even more powerful and has pretty much no flaws as long as you protect it from snipe or sneak monsters by cleverly constructing your lineup.
