In this week's Social Media Challenge, we have to share something related to battles, be they memorable or even strategies that we think are interesting.

So I'm going to bring you some battles related to a championship that took place about a year ago.

All the cards in the game at that time were available to use, without the need to rent or buy them. Even the use of a Gladiator was allowed. All the cards were at the maximum level of the Gold league, which was a unique experience for many players. Unfortunately, the information is no longer available, such as the number of players, etc. However, I have saved a link to some of the battles on my hard drive and can watch them whenever I want.

I don't remember exactly what position I was in, but I believe it was in the top 32, with 16 wins and 6 losses, approximately. There were so many options available that I got confused about what kind of strategy to use, and often ended up finishing assembling the team with less than 5 seconds left.

The first battle I want to present was a duel between Valnamor and Byzantine Kitty. My opponent created an excellent strategy with 4 monsters with Opportunity, where those with the least amount of life are his targets. In addition, he placed a support card, which in addition to increasing the attack of the entire team, resurrected the first on the field to be eliminated, which would be the tanker who has Taunt.

I had the idea of using the same tanker, which also reduces the attack of melee monsters. I put in a second card that has the same ability, but the main focus of the strategy was a combination of magic attack and high speed, making my team faster than the opponent's team.

Already in the first round, I manage to get the first elimination, while my front card is left with only 1 life point. However, the difference in attack life between my team and the opponent's was noticeable, which was much better for me.

By the end of the second round, victory was already decreed for my side, showing that my strategy was perfect for neutralizing the opponent.

The second battle I want to present to you was using the summoner Scarred Llama Mage, against the opponent's Byzantine Kitty. There were 3 rulesets:

Equalizer: the amount of life of all monsters will be the same as the monster with the highest amount of life.

Target Pratice: Ranges and Magicians receive the ability Snipe, attacking the first non-Meele monster in the back line.

Noxious Fumes: all monsters start the battle under the effect of Poison, causing them to lose 2 life points each round.

We both put together strategies focused on a lot of healing abilities. However, I didn't add any monsters with Triage, unlike my opponent who put 2 of them on the field.

This was a long battle, so I won't talk about it too much. However, if you want to watch it, the link is below.

The key moment of this battle was in round 9, when the opponent's Adelade was left with only 1 life point, and after that 4 of my monsters from the back line ended up falling, causing a defeat for my side, since the amount of life that the remaining 2 recovered was not enough to withstand the enemy attacks. Even so, it was great to cheer on my team.

The third one I'm going to present was my favorite. It shows how interesting it is to see the supports working together to keep everyone alive.

There were 2 cards with Repair, 1 with Tank Heal and another with Triage. However, there were a few other details that made all the difference in the battle too.

My opponent came with 4 Meeles, focused on eliminating the entire back line of my team. The fact that the rule was What Doesn't kill you, greatly favored the use of all the cards he had on the field, especially the combination of Pelacor Conjurer with Byzantine Kitty, bringing high speed with magical reflection.

The fact that I had used the Grenadier meant that I won the battle, as I wouldn't have been able to eliminate the pelacor any other way, since its speed was extremely high, and it was still regenerating some of its life thanks to the summoner. It was at this point that I discovered that the Snare ability works regardless of the speed of the monster it attacks, as long as its target has Flying.

In the fourth round, after my third monster was eliminated, I thought I had lost, as there were four attackers against three cards with little attack. However, the massive support from both of them made them defend themselves while eliminating the opposing monsters one by one, making me the winner of the battle.

Many good strategies can be learned if you analyze the battles calmly and study each of the combinations formed. I hope this can help you in some way to progress in the game.
