First place in a Silver Tournament, analyzing some battles - Primeiro lugar em um Torneio liga Prata, analisando algumas batalhas [ENG-PT]
English
Hello everyone!
Recently, I won a tournament sponsored by @crypto-zard and @beccss, something that hadn't happened to me in a long time. I was really happy of my performance, I was literally inspired that day and finished in first place with only 4 losses, 3 of them happened in the final, which was made in MD7(who take 4 wins would be the champion).
So today I decided to share some battles and analyze them to learn a bit more of the game, because we can always learn something new, even when we won a battle.
Crusher Crushing
The first one had the Explosive Weaponry ruleset, which gives the Blast ability to all the monsters on the field, causing an additional damage to adjacent monsters to the attacked monster.
There was also the Lost Magic ruleset, which prevents the use of Magic monsters. This means only Ranges and Meeles can be used, and both deal less damage when attacking a monster with the Shield ability, so I believed it was the perfect battle to use one of my gladiators, Alva the Crusher.
Another point that made me use it, was the fact that I imagined my opponent would come full of low mana monsters. These ones have lower attack, so this consequently cause a very low damaged to her.
The back line monsters I used only to be a distraction, so she could accomplish the hard task of eliminating all the monsters on the field.
The battle was harder than I imagined, coming in a way that I almost lost, with only 1 life point left on the Gladiator. But after eliminating two monsters with a single attack, her stats increased because of the Bloodlust, so she brought me victory on my side.

Lucky saved me
The second battle I will show happened at the end of the tournament. In it I made a mistake, but I won it because I have lucky.
My opponent's Grund missed his second attack on mine, with only 20% chance of that happening. This fact, made my Grund eliminate two monsters with his two attacks, and because of this I won the battle.
But there are some mistakes made by me.
First: the use of Agor Longtail in the last position of the back line, even with a monster to provide support with Triage ability, was an extremely risky decision. First because of the possibility of my opponent bring the summoner Immortalis, breaking his shield after an attack, and second, the possibility of eliminate any healing ability on him with the Affiction ability.
Both happened right at the beginning of the battle, leaving only 10 health points at the end of the first round. But as mentioned before, the luck factor was determinant, which does not prevent us from analyzing the battle and seeing the mistakes made.

A really cool strategy that I can't use actually
And the third and last battle we will analyze, also happened in the final, shows a powerful combination of monsters from the latest updates.
The use of Noa the Just to remove 2 armor points from all of my monsters on the field, which causes a complete removal if the monster doesn't have more than that, with 2 monsters that have the Opportunity ability, which attacks monsters with less life on the field.
I still can't make this strategy because I don't have thw Kulu Mastermind, but as soon as I can get it, I will use it without hesitations.
I was obliterated, with zero chance of winning and no difficulties.
The Silenced Summoners ruleset was present, which makes summoners not give any abilities to the monsters, and if it wasn't active, maybe I have some chance to win, since each of my monsters would have 3 armor and then they would have 1 point left for my opponent using Noa.
However, I believe I would not use Venari Wavesmith, which was responsible for giving 2 armor points to my team(which were useless as seen above), so the strategy was very good, catching me totally off guard.

Considerations
Even in battles that we win we can make mistakes, so it's always important to analyze them if we want to improve our performance in the game.
The luck factor is decisive sometimes, and this usually happens in battles decided by small details, even if sometimes it seems an easy victory, as seen in the second analysis.

A sorte me salvou
