Hello everyone!
In the Battle Mage Secrets of this week, we need to talk about the ruleset Fire and Regret. It gives to all the monsters on the field the Return Fire ability, which reflects part of the Range attacks back to the monster that attacked.

So it's not a great idea to use Ranges, because they can commit suicide during attacks.
With that, two options left: Magics and Meeles.
Because most of the Magics attack the tanker, it's a really great idea to put monsters with Void ability, that reduce the magic damage received.
Meeles, on the other hand, can attack the last position backline monsters and the low health ones, so you should think about protecting their targets.
You can use monsters with Protect or summoners which gives armor, as well monsters with the ability to Flying, Dodge, Shield and Thorns for these positions.
To improve your offensive, besides using summoners, you can use monsters with Inspire and Poison. This last one applies the effect, even without causing any single damage, as long as it hits the attack.

For the battle I will show to you, I used a bit of both, being defensive with a bit of offensive.
In addition to the ruleset of the weekend battle, there were two more:
Aimless: all monsters receive the Scattershot ability. It causes Magic and Range monsters randomly attacks, without a fixed target.

Keep your Distance: Meele monsters are not able to be used in the battle.

Given the rules, the only option left was to use Magic monsters, and you can use Ranges as well, but with extreme caution.
And that's exactly what I made. I used Uloth Dhampir in the middle of the line, because is a monster with high health, so he can hold some attacks.

To help him, I put Spirit Hoarder in his right, which heals backline monsters with Triage.
In the front I chose Fungus Flinger, because my objective was to increase the Regal Peryton attributes with Martyr.

And in the last two backline positions, I put two monsters with Affliction, to try to cancel any heals from my opponent, in addition to the Poison that Doctor Blight has.

My opponent focused on raw damage, using the Obsidian summoner combined with only magic monsters.

And I chose to be more deffensive, using Immortalis.
My Blight applies poison in his first attack before his death, causing both to die at the start of the second round.

While the Dhampir applies a Stun to the Suidae Shaman, preventing an attack that could be deadly to two of my monsters.

Besides his high damage, which made him the protagonist of the battle, even taking reflect damage.
