CineTV Splinterlands Tournament - Well done to RaymondSpeaks.

Celebration of CINETV and SPLINTERLANDS.

First, let me say, I was a Splinterlands player before I knew what HIVE or PEAKD or any other blogging site was. In truth, I really wasn't that into the idea of 'blockchain gaming', it was simply a way to kill some time.

From there, I met people in discord chats associated with the blogging communities, and a curiosity was sparked. How odd it was then, that I remember coming across a post in the Splinterlands community, which pointed me to a CineTV tournament.

That was a number of weeks ago now, and I'm thrilled to say I've stuck around and have been able to engage in community contests, the discord and twitter prompts, alongside my own content creation.

I just wanted to drop a line then, to say how warming it was to see another CINETV Splinterlands tournament just recently, and for me, it was a no-brainer, I was always going to sign up for it! I don't enter many tournaments, but given it brought together two awesome communities - well, why not?

Thanks to @raymondspeaks for organising this - it was super just to participate.

For those of you unaware, Splinterlands is a card game, where the strategy is to line your cards up in the right order, to win a battle.

The tournament asked that each player play 12 battles vs other random players in the tournament. I ended up a respectable 14th; not too shabby, eh?
