First, I started by looking up references of the Evangelist and the Simpsons characters to get a clear idea of what I wanted them to look like in my illustration. Once I had an idea in my mind, I started sketching on my graphics tablet with my favorite drawing software, The Ibis Paint X.

After sketching a few sketches, I decided on the approach I wanted to take with my illustration. I knew I wanted the Evangelist to look like a musical star, so I started adding details like some musical notes coming out of her mouth and a microphone.

Once I finished the sketch, I moved on to the coloring phase. I decided to use bright, vibrant colors to make the illustration appealing to the eye. I made sure the colors were well balanced and contrasted properly to give depth and dimension to the image.

Then, I added some additional details, such as the sound system in the background of the studio and other recording elements, to give more context to the illustration. Finally, I added shadows and lights to give it a more eye-catching look.

Once I completed the entire creation process, I took the time to review my work to make sure there were no mistakes or missing details. After I was satisfied with the final result, I submitted it to the Splinterlands art contest.
