[Phishing Alarm] Splinterlands Fake Advertisment in Google Ads !

Attention, those who search Splinterlands on Google!

There is currently a phishing attack on Splinterlands. The phisher has set up a website that looks exactly like Splinterlands and has booked a Google ad with the phishing website that was placed before the normal original Splinterlands ad.

There are certainly some Splinterlands players among you who conveniently just type the name of the game into the search engine and usually always click on the first best result - please pay close attention to which link you click on. This is once again a very perfidious and deviant kind of phishing what comes up. Please look very carefully when you search for the address on Google.

If you land on the phishing site, you can download malware to your computer and if you enter your login details, you run the risk of losing your Splinterlands assets as well as Binance Smart Chain assets.

I have already communicated this to the Splinterlands owners as well as filed a complaint with Google Ads to have the ad removed as soon as possible.
