My Splinterlands Journey Begins Day 1

I'll be honest with you I didn't come to Splinterlands because I had some grand strategy or because I'm a hardcore gamer. I came because I kept seeing other people's posts about it and got curious. Simple as that. Sometimes curiosity is all you need to start something new.
So here I am, lovlygirl, stepping into the world of Splinterlands for the very first time.
First Impressions
I won't pretend I know what I'm doing because I don't. Not yet anyway. I jumped into my first battles full of excitement and got defeated four times in a row. Did it bother me? Honestly, not really. I couldn't even feel frustrated because I haven't fully understood the game yet. How can you be upset about losing when you don't even know the rules properly?
Right now I'm in Frontier Bronze III at Player Level 1, which basically means I'm at the very bottom and I'm completely fine with that. Everyone starts somewhere.
What I Have So Far
My collection is tiny but it's mine:
Dread Tafarian a fierce Feliform card
Dire Bear a powerful Mundane Beast
Carnival Card Skin won from my very first daily spin!
That free spin was actually a nice surprise on day one. Small things like that keep you motivated to come back.
Where I'm At Mentally
This is purely an experimental phase for me. I'm giving myself around 30 minutes a day to learn, make mistakes, and slowly understand the strategy behind each battle. If the game grows on me and I have a feeling it might I'll invest more time and energy into it.
I'm not here to rush. I want to understand the game properly before I start thinking about strategies and investments. Playing without a plan is just donating your losses to your opponents.
What's Next
My immediate goals are simple:
Learn how the game actually works
Win my first battle
Build a proper team with a real strategy
Grow from Bronze III upward
I'll be documenting this whole journey here the wins, the losses, the confusion, and hopefully eventually the rewards. If you're also a beginner or you remember what day one felt like, drop a comment below. I'd love to hear how your journey started!
