When it came to ranked combat, I was thrown into a massive 96 Mana Modern Ranked match with the Ambush Round ruleset. My opponent was VOIDSPREN, another scholar utilizing the automated archmage.app system.
With a near maximum 96 mana allowance, there was no holding back. Both sides fielded absolute giants. Because it was an Ambush match, positioning was everything to absorb the initial strikes. My frontline held the line beautifully against the bot's optimized setup, allowing my damage dealers to clear the board and secure a highly satisfying win!
