Splinterlands Day 2 First Victory, First Defeat, and 200 Sparks!

avatar

If yesterday was about stepping into the unknown, today was about feeling it for real.
I woke up, opened Splinterlands, and told myself today I'm actually going to figure this out. No more just clicking buttons and hoping for the best.

  My First Real Victory

I completed Battle Challenge 1 today and honestly? The moment I saw that COMPLETE screen I felt genuinely happy. Like something clicked. It wasn't just luck I picked my cards, built my team, and it worked.
That feeling of your first win in any game is something special. Even if it's small, even if veterans would laugh at it to me it meant everything. I'm learning. Slowly, but I'm learning.

200 Sparks Whatever That Means!

Right after completing the challenge I received 200 Sparks as a reward. I claimed them immediately and felt happy even though I'll be honest, I still don't fully know their exact value yet!

From what I understand they're used in the Spark Shop for items and upgrades. I'll figure it out as I go. That's the beauty of being a beginner everything is a discovery.

   Then Came The Defeat

I jumped into my first Ranked Match in Bronze III and got absolutely destroyed. DEFEAT in big pink letters stared back at me.
Did I feel bad? Not even a little bit. I closed the screen and thought okay, next battle, I'll win. That's the mindset. No regrets, no frustration just another chance to get better.

The game also reminded me I need 5 wins to claim my first Daily Reward. Challenge accepted.

    Where I Stand Today

Battle Challenge 1 COMPLETE
Sparks collected 200
Ranked record 0W / 1L
Daily goal 5 wins for Daily Reward

         What's Next

I'm going back in. Five wins won't earn themselves and I have a Daily Reward waiting for me. The learning curve is real but so is the fun.
If you're also starting out in Splinterlands or if you remember your very first ranked defeat drop a comment below! How long did it take you to get your first 5 wins?
