Getting Some Glints From Common Cards | Utilization

Hey everyone, I hope you are doing well. So here I am, gonna burn some cards for the extra glint, because extra glints can help me get more new cards and upgrade their levels. However, this is a risky practice if you try without a proper plan and understanding, and you may get less value. So don't try this without proper calculation. I have already decided what I want, and my goal is to have more legendary and epic cards. The goal is clear, and the calculation is clear too.
Burning extra cards for glint
| Card | Glint |
|---|---|
![]() | Burned 3 cards to get 1875 glint and this is chaos evoker fire common (gold) card |
![]() | Burned 1 card to get 625 glint and this is a giant alpine skink common water (gold) card |
![]() | Burned 1 card to get 625 glint, and this is a common life Nimbledook Explorer (gold) card |
![]() | Burned 1 card to get 625 glint, and this is a common neutral Ujurak Elder (gold) card |
In the above chart, you can see I have gathered a total of 3750 glint tokens, and this amount is not enough to get some good cards, so I will wait patiently and try to gather more glint from the daily gameplay as well as I will burn more cards soon so that I can gather more glint and utilize that glint for the new and useful cards. You can get great benefits if you can unbind those cards spending DEC tokens, and then sell into the market, but that is a lengthy process, and it needs investment, so I don't want to do it. Instead, it is better to focus on burning and gathering more to get new cards.
Utilizing glints for more powerful cards
There are limited reward cards available, so if you can hurry, then it is very beneficial for you because you know and I know that one level card is not enough to compete, even though it is legendary. My target is to get at least 2 level in legendary cards and 3 level in epic cards and If i can do this then I can easily crack the 2k rating by regular gameplay and the reward would be double however this is not that much east you have to be consistent and you have to keep patience to reach there and that is exactly what I am doing.
"Success isn't always about greatness. It's about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success." — Dwayne Johnson
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." — Aristotle
Just read these two quotes from Dwyne Johnson and aristotle who are famous personalities, from them you can take inspiration. You can apply the same formula in your Splinterlands journey, and it is gonna be easy for you to achieve success in splintrerlands field or any field you work. Because the same thing works everywhere.
Conclusion
So here I have burned some common gold cards to acquire some glints. Now I am waiting for the season end, and whatever the balance will be, I will use it to buy legendary and epic cards to improve my battles. here my primary target is to reach a 2k rating, and for that powerful deck is required. not possible. because I can't unbound those cards
Oh - I didn't realise they were bound - there is no chain on the pics of the card
Great strategy! Burning with clear goals and patience always pays off. Keep stacking that glint consistency really is the key! 💪
