Here I’m talking about new changes in the ranked battles and according to the team these changes are going to simplify the battle and help the new users. I can see these changes are going to be useful but at the same time some changes are needed to experience first then we will understand whether these changes are good or not and after reading the announcement post I can see that it is good for the new users because the new users and investors the backbone of the game so giving benefit to a new user is also necessary and I’m happy that Splinterlands team is working for this. Currently, these changes are just announced but it is not implemented in the ranked battle tomorrow it will be implemented because tomorrow is the season's end and after the season's end it will be implemented because changes should not be released during the season.

Changes are required for any game so that gamers can engage better with the game. With current changes new users cannot get a better experience in Splinterlands and I’m hoping that after these changes new users will benefit from the Splinterlands and we will expect a new user wave on the Splinterlands game in this bull session. You can check the official announcement post to read the all changes also I am going to share some important changes and here I am going to discuss them.

The first good thing for the new user is the league limit removal and that is removed in these new changes so now new users can play in any league and it is dependent on the rating however it is not for the novice users. The second change is the leaderboard will be removed except for the Champion League if you see the current battle then you can see the leaderboard in every single league. I’m not playing for the leaderboard so it is not going to affect me because users who play in the leaderboards and they are ranking themselves in the leaderboard maybe they will get harmed by this update but it will be available for the champion users. I believe this is a good step because it is not needed and it increased the competition so it is good to be removed.

With the current changes, you can see multiple sps rewards including modern and wild reward pools but it will be simplified I mean to say only modern and wild reward pools will be there, and except for them, all the other league reward pools will be removed. So it is common sense that if there is no league then why league reward pool will exist? With league removal, the league reward pool will be removed as well. I believe this is a good step because we don’t need many reward pools two reward pools modern and wild are okay.

Now rating is the most important thing so if you can increase the ratings then it will be good for you now you have to focus on your deck strength and work on it so that you can win maximum battles and reach higher ratings. One more thing I want to say is that the SPS boost is not removed so keep that in mind you must increase your sps staking to get a higher reward for the splinterlands. sps is still there to boost your reward so if your goal is to increase sps staking then you have to keep your goal and keep working for it because this changes only for the ranked battles not for the boost and not for the sps boost.
