Survival Mode Rewards Explained – How Your Participation Decides Your SPS 💰🔥
Hello there, this is luckily and welcome back to my new article. Last time I rented a card and played in the battle, and in 2-3 days, we will do it again Because I am going to try new cards every time, and thanks to the Splinterlands rental market, it is helping me to try new cards by spending just a few DEC or credit tokens. So here I am going to talk about a percentage-based reward model in the survival mode
It is all about distributing sps reward fairly so more users can participate. It is not like a fixed SPS reward for each bracket, but it collects SPS for a big reward pool of survival mode. So that's how it works, and it depends on the activity and the reward is reward is Shared. So this is the basic concept of this reward pool system of survival mode.
Now it is important to talk about the measurement of participation. So the factor is gonna work here is collection power (CP), which means when the season ends It calculates the total collection power from all Splinterlands players in the survival mode. Also, it is gonna calculate the CP of each bracket. And then the total survival CP, so that is how it is gonna be distributed. Now, let me give you an example
"Each bracket has 20% of survival cp then it will recieved 20% of the total reward."
So after this example, I hope that everything is clear And rewards are based on performance, and there are Rshares for that. Here is the formula that you can see.
So it is all about the performance, participate more and perform better to get an excellent reward In the survival mode. And also it depends on your bracket. I like this reward pool system. Right now, I am playing Modern mode, and I have no plan to switch to survival mode for now, but it is not bad to play both modes. I will look into it Also there is new update like if you play in the survival mode The card's cool down will not affect on other modes. that is why, it is not bad to play both modes it is great opportunity to play survival mode along with the other mode. And this way I can maximize my reward. I really need to take a look about survival mode, don't know much about it even before it was stopped. It's great to see it back and with a new economy.
I chose to go to Bracket XI because I figured that's where the biggest rewards would be, since it would attract the biggest accounts with the most CP. I would much rather play Survival Mode manually against other humans, but the prizes and entrants for the manual brackets are so small compared to automated.
I think if the SPS is split between manual and automated, then we would see higher participation in the manual brackets! Even the players in the manual brackets right now end up playing against liquidity bots because there aren't enough manual players.
Maybe that will be true, let's see
