The New Soulbound Token In Splinterlands: GLINTS
I hope you are doing fantastic these days I’m lucky ali is again back with Another Social Media Challenge post of splinterlands today we are going to talk about a new soul-bound token that is not transferable But you can use this token in a shop I’m not sure the new shop will come for the glints token or what will happen we will know in the April month and I am waiting for this great update. So this token is not tradable and not transferable so it has no connection with the USD which is why it is called a Soulbound token in the sprinterlands like merit and there was a credit in the sprinterlands.
If you talk about myself do I like this new change or not? then one thing I want to share is that not even a single player like his rewards to be cut but when it comes to the overall community growth and economic growth we have to make small sacrifices. That’s the reason I’m not saying anything regarding this new change but it is necessary to talk details about this new change. DEC is a token that came early in the splinterlands economy and right now we can see that there are lots of DEC tokens it is good that the team wants to cut the inflation For the DEC.
50% More rewards for modern users
Along with the Glints announcement, there is one more good news for the modern players so congratulations to you if you have new card collections and if you have more rebellion monsters because you are going to get 50% more rewards in the modern. But it is bad news for people like me who always prefer to play in the wild and people like me holding old cards which means I fear that the value of some old cards will be dropped because the team focuses more on new cards so that people buy new cards and play modern. so modern users will get 50% more glints than wild users. I’m not going to leave wild even after this implementation but I will definitely check the new implementation and then decide. Modern is very competitive for me I can't perform excellently so that is why I stick to wild but I will definitely check the new implementation, and then I will decide.
Team removing almost all sources of DEC inflation?
After reading all the changes information it is clearly indicated that the team wants to remove all the sources of dec inflation there is a soulbond card and those cards are gladiators. earlier and now you can convert those cards in dec but after this change, you will not be able to do that which means it is good for the dec price but it is bad for the users who want higher rewards because, in a way, it is cutting your reward. So that is why you can see mixed responses to these new changes. If this is helping the Splinterlands economy then I am with this change I’m not going to criticize these things because if the price goes up then it will be more beneficial for all of us and the reward will automatically increase because in terms of USD you will get more so this is beneficial for the overall economy. So if you think in this way then it is good for all of us so we have to wait for the implementation and then decide what to do.
New players are the backbone of splinterlands economy
Obviously new player is the backbone of the splinterlands economy it is good that the team is working on it and the team is also making Splinterlands mobile-friendly so that mobile users can enjoy the gaming however it is also the fact that new users also want the reward and they will not stay if the reward is less so I think they have to consider this thing as well.
