Clap Once For Yes

A family was enjoying the great outdoors and left their tent to go on a day climb. They were a couple of hours from their camping area when a tempest unexpectedly exploded. They became confused in the breeze and driving precipitation.

They attempted to follow their means back to the camping area yet became lost in the new boondocks. Being capable climbers, they knew whenever they were lost it was ideal to remain in one spot than meander in the forest, so they arranged to settle down and hang tight for salvage.

Murkiness fell, and the family assembled a fire to keep warm. As they cuddled facing one another and began to float off to rest, they heard a clamor coming from the trees.

"Who's there?" one of the guardians called, however there was no reply.

Then, at that point, they heard the sound once more. Be that as it may, again, when they called out, there was no reply.

"Maybe somebody can't talk," recommended the little girl. So her mother called out, "Is there anybody there? Applaud once for yes and twice for no."

There was one applaud.

"You were correct," the guardians said to their little girl. "There is somebody who might be listening."

"Are you here to save us?" yelled the mother.

Applaud.

"It is safe to say that you are lost like us?"

Applaud.

"Do you live over here in the forest?"

Applaud.

"Allow me to attempt," said the child. "Is it true that you are a kid?"

Applaud.

"Is it true that you are a young lady?"

Applaud.

They all checked out one another, baffled.

Thinking he was being entertaining, the child inquired: "Would you say you are human?"

Applaud.

Presently, the family was terrified.

"Are you alone?" called the mother.

Applaud.

The family crouched together more.

"What number of you are there then, at that point?"
