Hello everyone!

In today's video, I'm going to try to answer one of the questions that most plague enthusiastic Splinterlands players: why isn't our game as popular as, for example, Magic the Gathering?

Magic is, without a doubt, the greatest GCG case in history. The game has been around for 30 years and is extremely popular all over the world, attracting the huge majority of the public in the thousands of game stores that exist. And, even better: those players are all willing to buy incredibly expensive cards that often cost over a thousand dollars.

So... Why isn't Splinterlands as Popular as Magic the Gathering?

No vídeo de hoje, vou tentar responder uma das perguntas que mais atormentam os jogadores entusiastas do Splinterlands: por que o nosso jogo não é tão popular como, por exemplo, o Magic the Gathering?

O Magic é, sem sombra de dúvidas, o maior case de sucesso de jogos de cartas da história. O jogo existe há 30 anos, é extremamente popular no mundo inteiro, atraindo 90% do público das milhares de lojas de jogos que existem. Além disso, os jogadores estão dispostos a comprar cartas caríssimas que muitas vezes passam dos mil dólares.
