Defining Splinterlands as a simple game developed on the Hive platform is, in my opinion, extremely reductive, because it is much more than pure recreational entertainment, first of all it is, for better or worse, a paid game, as even simple access to the platform takes place through the purchase of a Starter Pack, but to progress, to increase your gaming power, it is necessary, more or less constantly, to continue to increase our overall supply of Cards, but the fundamental difference between Splinterlands and the majority of games that require payments is represented by the fact that Splinterlands ensures, in different ways and in different ways, returns and returns on its invested capital, as well as concrete possibilities of investing in sectors other than individual Cards or Summoners, such as tokens SPS, which assure their holders an APR that is currently higher than 13% on the amount staked on the gaming platform, not bad at all, given that in recent times the value of the SPS token has been quite stable, and in any case, possessing a good quantity of this token is useful for obtaining daily rewards from participating in Splinterlands game matches...

I candidly admit that I did not participate in the 1st phase of the launch of this new series of cards called Rebellion, but the subsequent Splinterlands initiative, which takes the name of Rebellion Conflicts, pushed me to start invest and buy several Monsters from this latest series, and I must admit that I have already had some benefits in battle, of course the creators of Splinterlands are masters in developing new scenarios and game dimensions of this platform, which cyclically renews itself and continues to enthuse us loyal players and participants, but returning to the discussion relating to Rebellion Conflicts, here's where I arrived in my collection of points...

I have practically managed to collect 1 and a half chances to win a new prestigious card, minted specifically for this event, about 8 days have passed since the launch of this new initiative, another 22 to go, so, by the nose, I will have about 4 and a half chances, but wait a moment, this quantity is destined to increase, I will not be able to reach the 200 chances that would guarantee me 1 Card, but my current pace is decidedly higher than that, as I have already accumulated 1,270 points, which guarantee me around 30k points per day, so I only need a little more than 3 days to earn an extra chance, but my collection is certainly not over, I intend to buy several other cards, to improve my Deck Cards and increase my overall chances, my real goal is at least 15 chances at the end of this initiative...

Difficilmente non parlo in maniera entusiasta di Splinterlands, forse sono ancora legato al vecchio ricordo, che rimarrà indelebile nella mia mente, di quel meraviglioso e ineguagliabile Deck di Carte da gioco che ero riuscito a costruire nel biennio 2019-2021, miseramente rubatomi da maledetti hackers, ma c'è anche di più, un qualcosa di più profondo, che continua a trattenermi su questa piattaforma di gioco, che cercherò di illustrare in questo mio post...

Qualcosa di molto di più di un gioco

Definire Splinterlands come un semplice gioco sviluppato su piattaforma Hive è secondo me estremamente riduttivo, perché è molto di più di un puro intrattenimento ludico, innanzitutto è, bene o male, un gioco a pagamento, in quanto anche il semplice accesso alla piattaforma avviene mediante l'acquisto di uno Starter Pack, ma per progredire, per aumentare la propria potenza di gioco, è necessario, più o meno costantemente, continuare a incrementare la nostra dotazione complessiva di Carte, ma la differenza fondamentale tra Splinterlands e la maggior parte dei giochi che richiedono pagamenti è rappresentata dal fatto che Splinterlands assicura, con diverse modalità e in diverse maniere, dei ritorni e dei rientri sul proprio capitale investito, oltre a concrete possibilità di investire anche in settori svariati rispetto alle singole Carte o Evocatori, quali ad esempio i token SPS, i quali assicurano ai loro possessori un APR a tutt'oggi superiore al 13%, sul quantitativo detunuto in stake sulla piattaforma di gioco, non male assolutamente, visto e considerato che negli ultimi tempi il valore del token SPS è stato abbastanza stabile, e in ogni caso il possesso di un buon quantitativo di questo token è utile per ottenere ricompense giornaliere dalla partecipazione alle partite di gioco di Splinterlands...

L'ultima avventura di Splinterlands

Il titolo di questo paragrafo potrebbe portare un po' fuori strada, perché qualcuno potrebbe intendere che quella di cui sto per parlare sia l'avventura finale di Splinterlands, al contrario penso che una delle caratteristiche fondamentali di questa piattaforma di gioco sia proprio quella di rinnovarsi perennemente, con l'introduzione di nuove dinamiche di gioco, oppure il lancio di token, o ancora, come in questo specifico caso, l'inserimento di una nuova collezione di Carte da gioco, che va a sposarsi perfettamente con le restanti collezioni già introdotte da tempo, e per spingere maggiormente la nuova branchia di Carte, cosa di meglio da fare se non lanciare un'ulteriore iniziativa??

Ammetto candidamente di non aver partecipato alla 1° fase del lancio di questa nuova serie di Carte denominate Rebellion, ma la successiva iniziativa di Splinterlands, che prende il nome di Rebellion Conflicts, mi ha spinto ad incominciare a investire e comprare diversi Mostri di questa ultima serie, e devo ammettere che qualche beneficio in battaglia l'ho già avuto, di certi gli ideatori di Splinterlands sono maestri nello sviluppare nuovi scenari e dimensioni di gioco di questa piattaforma, che ciclicamente si rinnova e continua a entusiasmare noi affezionati giocatori e partecipanti, ma ritornando al discorso relativo a Rebellion Conflicts, ecco dove sono arrivato nella mia raccolta di punti...

Sono arrivato praticamente a collezionare 1 chance e mezza di aggiudicarmi una nuova prestigiosa Carta, coniata appositamente per questo evento, sono passati circa 8 giorni, dal lancio di questa nuova iniziativa, ne mancano altri 22, per cui, a naso, avrò circa 4 chance e mezzo, ma un momento, questo quantitativo è destinato ad aumentare, non riuscirò a raggiungere le 200 chances che mi garantirebbero 1 Carta, ma il mio ritmo attuale è decisamente più elevato rispetto, in quanto ho già accumulato 1,270 punti, che mi garantiscono circa 30k di punti al giorno, per cui mi occorrono solamente poco più di 3 giorni per guadagnare una chance in più, ma la mia raccolta non è certo finita, ho intenzione di comprare diverse altre Carte, per migliorare il mio Deck di Carte e aumentare le mie chances complessive, il mio reale obiettivo sono almeno 15 chances al termine di questa iniziativa...
