SHARE YOUR BATTLE WEEKLY.. THEME: DRAGONS!!!

I’m back again for this weeks “Share your battle weekly challenge”. This weeks theme is ‘Dragons’.
This splint is one I’m not too familiar with, one I’ve not really gotten to explore. Since I didn’t have any cards under the splint, I proceeded to rent a dragon splint card. After researching a bit I decided to go with the card; ”MANTICORE”

MANTICORE is a product of twisted generic tests and trials of the Gloridax and it’s is on the loose. Manticore is a hybrid monster which is a cross between a dragon, a scorpion, a lion and other countless monsters from which it gets its powers. The Manticore never answers to anyone unless it’s summoned for a battle.

WHY DID I PUT EACH CARD IN THAT POSITION?
Since I had 18 mana cap I knew I had to utilize the cards properly. So I picked a card with strong resistance as my first monster (D Jinn Oshannus), then I proceeded to put my Dragon monster card second in line ( Manticore) and with just two mana cap left I wanted a card with an ability as well so I picked ‘Ice pixie’ as my last card.
WHY ARE THEY A FIT WITH DRAGONS?
The first car like I said earlier has a good resistance and Void ability while the last card had a flying ability and it has a Magic attack which I preferred at that point because my dragon card had a melee attack.
DID MY STRATEGY WORK?
Yes I believe it did. My Dragon card was still unharmed after the battle and I had only lost one card.
WHAT WILL I TRY DIFFERENTLY NEXT TIME?
Well I’d like to use a dragon monster as my first monster to see how it goes.
DO I LIKE DRAGONS?
Yes I do.
WHY?
I like the fact the dragon splint itself allows us to pick other splints as allies which is pretty cool. I don’t think any other splint allows such.
About the dragon card I used (Manticore); it has a very affordable mana cost (4) . It possess two abilities (reach and flying). The card had many health points as well which allows it to last for a while during battles.
