Art Experiment #1: Mount Praetorous

Today I was a bit bored so I tried to experiment with one of my favorite tools to create art: Wombo.

Unfortunately I always had good ideas but my art skills were around 0...luckily I found this precious tool to try to bring my ideas to realization, all I needed were patience and good ideas to let Wombo create something interesting for me.

I finished creating these 3 different representations of Mount Praetorous, inspired by the lore of the "Radiated Scorcherer": Those nearest to the poisonous gases and infernal heat of Mount Praetorous were corrupted and twisted.

I hope you like my creations:

1 ) Dark Fantasy style:

I spent around 30 minutes creating this mountain, I wanted something hot and poisonous, I really love the top of the mountain looking like a poisonous smoking chimney.

2 ) Fantasy Art style:

This creation looks less cold than the first, a lot of vegetation could make you think that's not a "bad" mountain...but try to look at the top, it doesn't look really healthy.

3 ) Mystical style:

In this last creation I really like the fact that the mountain looks like a decaying sailing ship lost in the fog, I really love the idea of decay this picture gives me.

I tried to give 3 different interpretations of Mount Praetouros, trying to transmit the idea it gives me when I read about it, a corrupted mountain of flames and poison.
