Interview #0: Who is Magalli?

This is another experimental post, an interview, I didn't contact anyone interesting yet, so I choose to interview myself to try out this new format and see if it can be something interesting for the community (and for me to write about it).
I hope you will enjoy it, the subject is not that interesting but in the future, I promise I'll bring more interesting subjects (maybe).

So let's start this interview, the subject is: Magalli

Yes, that's me, classic Italian mustache guy.

1 ) What's your IGN?

Magalli

2 ) What are your IGN origins?

My IGN is inspired by a famous Italian TV host called Giancarlo Magalli, that my grandma used to watch in the morning, hosting "I Fatti Vostri", he also dubbed "Philoctetes" in Disney's Italian adaptation of Hercules and he is a meme among my friends, I have used his surname as a nickname in videogames since 2015.

3 ) Age?

I'm 30 years old, and I know, I look younger, the Mediterranean diet is the way.

4 ) Where are you from and where do you live?

I'm Italian and I Live in Italy, Florence.

5 ) What's your job?

I'm still a student, I work occasionally when I find something useful, and I would love to work as a writer (unfortunately @splinterlands ghosted me).

6 ) How did you find about Splinterlands?

I discovered Splinterlands searching play2earn videos on youtube, it was related to an Axie video. I still feel guilty because I didn't use the referral code under the video, it happens.

7 ) How long have you played Splinterlands?

Unfortunately, I only play Splinterlands since Sept '21.

8 ) Favourite element?

As a beginner, I really like "Earth", I love the artwork and the cards' abilities.

9 ) Favourite ability?

I'm a newbie, so I didn't experiment with all the abilities yet, so my answer is: Flying.

I don't know why but I'm in love with this black silent snake:

12 ) Best memory on Splinterlands?

The day I discovered the possibility to write a blog on Hive and actually gain something, the possibility to merge my new passion for Splinterlands and my life passion for writing was an amazing feeling.

13 ) How do you see your future in Splinterlands?

Personally, despite the low market and the complaints about SPS/DEC token prices, I see a long future for me, and for the game, I think the game still has to start to really shine, it is not yet advertised properly and the Metaverse still has to be implemented. My only complaint, and it is the reason why I started writing about Splinterlands avoiding the Play2Earn part, is that the game should evolve, it's ok to work on the earning part but if all the advertisements and posts only talk about that, the game will never be seen as funny to play, and that's a shame because the mechanics and gameplay are really good to me.

14 ) Some spoiler on future projects?

I would like to keep writing, stupid/funny posts are my way to blog on Hive and I would like to keep doing it. I would like to become more "important" as a writer on this blog and maybe work on the advertisement part, but it's just a dream, I need to keep working and writing.
