DHAMPIR INFILTRATOR - a new sneak monster in town!

Well, I am doing my dailies as usual but as soon as the wild/modern ranked play update kicked in with the new splinterlands update, I have also started buying my missing cards and gold foil cards for modern ranked.

The thing that I liked the most about thus new update is that you can always choice to play between two formats and get your rewards accordingly. After the update went live, I decided to play in the wild format as the red-dog acc contains an almost full collection of old edition cards. Let’s see how I perform this season with this awesome new update! And below is my latest focus chests openings!

Now, let us take a quick look at the current crypto scenario by peeking at the market. The main dominator BTC is holding it’s ground string around 20,000$ and currently being sold for 20,911$ per unit with a +4.75% price change within last 24 hours. For our HIVE, it’s also being stable around 0.4$ for quite some time now and currently being traded for 0.43$ per unit with a +4.94% price change within last day.

As for splinterlands tokens, the in-game token DEC has lost it’s soft pegged valuation for long now and being traded for 0.00057$ currently with a -0.5% price change within last day. Similar can be seen with SPS which is currently being sold for xx per unit with a xxx price change within last 24 hours. The cards market also got heavily affected with the market it seems, especially the new reward and chaos editions as some max cards are even being sold for only 3.5-4$ only. But I hope as the crypto market rises again, it will revive the economy of our favourite game and until then, just feel free to buy and increase your splinterlands assets cause everything is so cheap!

Now, let us move towards my main theme of this post as today, I will be drilling down another awesome monster, Dhampir Infiltrator today!

DHAMPIR INFILTRATOR

It is a Dragon unit monster that came out as one of the new reward edition cards. This monster needs 4 mana to join any battle. It’s a Rare type card so it needs 115 cards to reach the maximum level. This monster equips a total 4 abilities on its max level and is very dependable in certain situations. Now, let us look furthermore into this card tier-wise.

BRONZE

On level 2, this monster has 1 melee attack at 2 speed and with 3 health Along with the Sneak and Double Strike ability.

SILVER

After it gets upgraded to the 4th level, this monster increases its melee power from 1 to 2 along with 3 speed and 3 health.

GOLD

To reach the gold level, this Monster needs 60 rare cards and at this stage, this monster increases its health from 3 to 4 along with 2 melee attack, 3 speed and 0 shield. At this stage, this monster Also equips another ability of Cripple.

DIAMOND/CHAMP

This Monster needs 115 rare cards to reach the maximum level and after being upgraded to the max level, this monster increases its speed and Also equip another ability which is Affliction, along with 2 Melee attack at 4 Speed with 0 Shield and 4 health.

IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT DHAMPIR INFILTRATOR

• It's a reward card so you can earn this cards from the daily focus and season reward chests. Due to heavy supply, It’s current price is also very low, so buying it directly from the market and upgrade it to your current tier wont hurt your pocket.

• It has 4 different but very useful abilities like - Affliction, Cripple, Double Strike and Sneak. It will not only refill the need of another sneak monster in your collection, but also will help you with it’s other amazing abilities.

• It's a low mana cost monster so you can easily equip even in low mana limit battles or in Little League ruleset matches.

FAILED SUMMONER

On the first position, I placed this low mana non-attacker defensive monster. This monster has Magic-Reflect, Demoralize and Strengthen ability on top of 9 health at 2 speed. It’s my best choice for low mana tank card.

FURIOUS CHICKEN

On the second position, I placed my favorite 0 mana gold monster which has 1 melee attack at 1 speed and with 1 health along with Enrage ability. I considered it a good choice to fill 1 place as the mana limit was so low for this match.

DHAMPIR INFILTRATOR

On the third position I placed my today's main monster as my first attacker. I have already wrote about it above so let’s move on.

SCREECHING VULTURE

I placed this earth melee monster on the fourth position which has 3 melee attack at 5 speed and 4 health along with Opportunity, Flying and Scavenger ability. It’s my second attacker in lineup.

KHMER PRINCESS

On the Fifth position, I placed this amazing magic earth monster and it has 1 magic attack at 3 speed with 5 health along with the Triage ability.

HALFLING ALCHEMIST

On the very last position, I placed this unmatched Raged monster which has 2 ranged attack at 2 speed, 1 shield with 3 health Along with Halving and Redemption ability.

RUMBLE

ROUND 1

As the match started, In the first round after all the monsters got their abilities and disabilities, the Opponent monster furious chicken did the first strike towards my Failed monster. After that, the enemy Doctor Blight and Herbalist attacked together and damaged my front monster, but the Blight got reverse damage from it’s Magic Reflect. My Halfling monster attacked next but missed to damage the furious chicken. Next, the Enemy monster Dax damaged my Failed summoner and received damage from Magic Reflect. After that, my Khmer princess destroyed enemy furious chicken 🐔 and my main Monster Dhampir performed next and destroyed the enemy monster Herbalist, but then missed to damage enemy Dax. Then, my Vulture destroyed the enemy Chaos Agent and gained back some health and the round ended here.

ROUND 2

In the 2nd round, at first my Failed summoner got damaged with -2 from poison effect. After that, the enemy monster Doctor Blight destroyed my Front Monster with it’s evil magic throw. Next, my Halfling monster damaged the enemy front position monster, followed by the Enemy Dax who destroyed my Furious chicken 🐔 and then enemy front monster damaged my main monster. My Khmer princess also got damaged after damaging the enemy front monster. Next, my Dhampir destroyed enemy front Monster's shield. My Vulture destroyed enemy monster Dax and gain Heath. After that, the enemy monster Doctor Blight damaged my main Monster but my Halfling monster missed his attack this time. Then, the enemy front monster destroyed my Dhampir, followed by the Khmer damaged enemy front monster. At last, the Vulture launched but missed it's attack and the round closed here.

ROUND 3

In 3rd round, the opponent Doctor Blight damaged my Vulture and then my Halfling damaged the enemy front monster. Next, the Enemy front monster damaged my Vulture and After that, the Khmer princess damaged the enemy front monster and the round ended here.

ROUND 4

In the 4th round, first the Doctor Blight shooted and damaged my Vulture. Then, My Halfling and Khmer princess attacked one by one and damaged the enemy front defensive monster. After that, my Vulture destroyed the enemy front monster.

ROUND 5

In this round, after it got affected from poison effect, the Doctor Blight damaged my Vulture. After that, my Halfling damaged and than Khmer princess also damaged the Enemy monster Doctor Blight. But my poor Vulture missed it's attack and the round got ended here.

ROUND 6

As this round started, after getting damaged from poison effect, my Vulture had only 1 health left. My Halfling missed it's attack again and then the Khmer princess damaged a little bit. My Vulture attacked next and damaged the Doctor Blight before being destroyed from the bloody poison.

ROUND 7

In this round, the enemy monster Doctor Blight damaged my Khmer princess at first, But my Halfling and Khmer princess then destroyed the enemy monster Doctor Blight and thus I finally won this long match and scored another victory in the ranked.
