I hope all of you are well and enjoying SPL at its best! The season has already started and only 13 days remain for this current season to end. Yesterday, the DEC reward for rank match win was exceptionally high and I was getting between 150-200 DEC Per win With both of the accounts that I am playing. So, I played for a long time and suck up My ECR down to 65% and collected a decent amount of DEC from both the accounts. Adding them, it was enough to buy another reward card that I was missing - Venari Crystalsmith from Life Splinter so I did that without wasting any time. I got a max one in the market just for 15.50$ so I immediately grabbed it. I really like the monster because it has Tank Heal ability with 3 range attack just for 4 mana cost.

Anyways, first let us take a quick look at the Crypto market’s current status. As I am writing, bitcoin is currently being traded for $37,723 with a -2% change in last 24 hours While Ethereum is priced at 2,682$ with a -2.8% change since last day.

The splinterlands token market Seems to follow the Crypto trend with a slight dip in last 24 hours. The Main in-game token DEC is currently being traded for $0.0032 per unit while SPS a.k.a. splintershards is being sold for $0.116. However, the cost of Splinterlands land plot has risen a bit and currently being traded for $423.89 per plot.

The general sale of Chaos Legion packs is also going on with full speed and already over a total of 7.12 million packs has been sold and splinterlands is very close to sell half of the total chaos packs which is 15 million. Only 870K packs left to be sold in order to unlock the next airdrop card.

Now, let us take a U-turn and move towards our main theme of this post as today I will be showcasing you my top three chaos cards with Swift ability.

The swift ability is pretty old but still, it changes the game To your side most of the time by giving more speed to all of your friendly monsters. For every friendly monster with swift ability, all of your monsters will Get +1 speed in that particular match. Now, I am pretty sure that I don’t need to discuss the importance of speed in order to win matches. You may have seen monsters with either slow or swift ability widely used in Melee or range attack matches Where the player with more speedy monsters attacks before and damage or even kill down your monsters before you even start attacking. Manipulating your line up with speed agents Gives you the power to attack faster even After using same monsters as if opponent.

My favourite monster with Swift ability is still brownie, an epic edition reward card from the Earth realm which costs only 1 mana but gives swift and Inspire ability to all friendly monsters. However, I also started using the new chaos monsters with swift ability and found them very useful. Let me now showcase my top 3 in detail without further ado.

Soul Fiend

The first monster that I will be Showcasing in this post is Soul Fiend. It is a legendary type card that belongs to the life unit this card costs nothing! i.e - 0 mana to use in the battlefield and its attack type is Melee. Because of its zero mana cost, this monster is getting highly used in low mana limit battles, especially in Melee mayhem and super sneak matches. So now, you can use a speed agent with swift ability without spending any extra mana. Isn't that just great? Lets now take a deep look into this monster’s stats throughout it’s levels.

• At level one, this card possesses 1 melee attack at two speed with one health. It doesn’t get the swift ability in its initial level but if you have an extra space left in your line up but you are out of Mana, You can just use this called to soak up one enemy attack.

• At level 2, this monster’s speed gets increased from 2 to 3 while having the other stats same as of level 1.

• At level 3, these monster’s health gets increased from 1 to 2 while having 1 Melee attack with 3 speed.

• Finally at level 4, it gets the swift ability while having the same stats of its previous level. so you are getting the swift ability once you max this card. Thus, only diamond and champion players can taste this card’s power with Swift ability.

Life is the splinter of sneaks and range attackers so having a little bit more speed than the opponent will always be helpful to launch attacks faster than your opponent. You can always choose this monster in mini and medium Mana limit matches and spend your precious mana on other cards while getting one of your space filled with this card that costs 0 mana only.

The second monster that I will be showcasing here is a River Nymph. it is a rare type card that belongs to the water unit. it costs four Mana to use in the battlefield and its attack type is magic. This card Is very important in making defensive line ups because of its cleanse and amplify ability And also, it will increase all of your friendly monsters Speed by one due to its swift ability. All of that along with a decent magic attackn gor just 4 Mana. so be sure to test this card out in matches. Let us now take a deep dive and know more about this monster below.

• At level one, this card possesses one magic attack at two speed with three health and it also brings the cleansing ability with it from its initial level. Monsters with cleans ability removes all negative effects on the monster in the first position on the friendly team. So what ever monster you are using as your front defender you can clean him out of all negative status effects who is this monster.

• At level four, this monster gets one magic attack at three speed with three health and also gets another ability amplify monsters with amplify ability increases the magic reflect returned fire and Thorns damage to all enemy monsters by 1. For example, you can use this monster with Lord Arihanthus To increase Lord’s magic reflect and thorns damage by +1.

• At level six, this monster gets two magic attack at three speed with three health along with those two abilities that I mentioned above. the increased magic attack will help you damage enemies faster.

• At level eight, this monster possesses two Magic attack at three speed with four health and also gets another ability Swift. So this monster also gets the swift ability in its last level and can be used only in diamond and champion tiers. But due to the swift ability all of your friendly monsters will get +1 speed and a talk faster than they usually do.

This particular monster can be very beneficial in defensive type lineups or if you want to protect your front defender for a long time. You can use this monster with other friendly monsters with magic reflect, return fire or thorns ability in order to get benefited by the amplify ability as well.

River Nymph is currently being sold in the Splinterlands card market starting from $0.21 per BCX and will cost you about 67.847 DEC onwards.

Supply Runner

The last monster that I will be showcasing to you all is none other than the Supply Runner. This weird looking beard man is very powerful with its bow and arrow so don’t dare call him mad in front of him. This is a common type card that belongs to the neutral unit it costs six Mana to use in the battlefield and its attack type is Range. Let us now look further into this monsters stats and abilities below.

• At level one, this monster possesses two range attack at three speed with four health even in its initial level the high range at work with decent health and speed will be enough to kill some enemies down in Brown’s tier.

• At level five, this monster gets two range Attack at four speed with five health and also gets the swift ability because of the swift ability it will increase the speed of all friendly monsters by +1.

• At level eight, this monster possesses three range attack at five speed with five health while having the swift ability. The increased stat will help him fight in gold tier levels and the three range attack is pretty good as I used it first hand.

• At level 10, it possesses three range attack at five speed with five health and also gets another ability strengthen. because of the strengthen ability, it will gift all the friendly monsters with increased health.

Supply Runner belongs to the neutral unit so you can use this card with every splinter (if neutral is allowed and there is no ruleset blocking it.) As both of its abilities increases Stats of every friendly monster With more speed and health, This monster is gaining popularity among the players of Splinterlands. I generally use this monster in medium mana limit matches but in some cases, you may use this in both mini and large Mana limit matches as well.

Supply Runner is currently being sold in the Splinterlands card market starting from $0.13 per BCX and will cost you about 40.135 DEC onwards.

To me, speed agents (monsters with slow or swift ability) have very important role in battles and the faster and better attackers win the match most if the time.
