Splinterlands | I won Another Great Card from Frontier Raffle

I guess all of you are doing pretty well in your lives and spending a vibrant day with your family and friends. For those of you who are existing splinterlands player, I hope all of you are super busy playing the game right now and trying to push your trophy count further. Well, because we are almost near the season end and if you take a look at the current ranked season’s timer, there are only less than 2 days remaining for this ongoing ranked season to meet its end. So, whatever goal you have for yourself in this season, whether it is to collect enough trophies to enter a particular league tier and earn some cool reward chests, or to go big and fight against the top players in the game for a glorious spot in the champion leaderboard, I wish you all the best and hope you reach your destination before time. But, do not forget about the end of the Conclave Arcana pack sale, because there are only around 10 days remaining for the CA pack sale to end, and if you are planning to buy some, this is your final chance.
Moving on, let’s now talk about Frontier mode, and as I have shared in my previous posts, I am literally addicted to playing this mode, and as usual, I am playing it on a daily basis and trying to complete all 3 missions every day. For those of you who are probably new to the game and don't know about this new gameplay mode in splinterlands, the Frontier mode is a completely free-to-play mode that got released months ago by Team splinterlands and since its launch, people have been loving to play this mode like crazy, including me, of course. This mode eliminates any requirement for upfront investment into cards or tokens like the other modes and allows you to start playing for free and taste the actual thrill that this game has to offer. Not only that, but through playing this mode, you can also earn rewards in the form of foundation cards and packs, which you can decide to sell for DEC crypto tokens. Anyways, for me, right now I am playing at the highest Gold I league tier with a current trophy count of 3,740, but having only another 2 days in hand, sadly, I admit that I have lost the chance to enter the leaderboard this time as well. But I will still keep playing, and let's see how it goes till the end.
By the way, apart from winning foundation cards or packs from daily rewards that you can earn from playing frontier mode, there is also another thing that you should not miss out on. Yes, I am talking about the weekly raffle. Every week, there is a lottery in frontier mode called the Raffle, and in this raffle, rare foil foundation cards are given out to players if one of their entries gets selected in the raffle. The entries can be earned by simply completing those daily missions, and for me, being in Gold I, I am earning 3 entries for completing every mission. So, on a good day, I earn upto 9 entries if I manage to complete all 3 daily missions. But let me clear the fact, being selected in the raffle is a very rare event, and despite starting playing frontier mode soon after lunch, I haven't won anything for months, until recently, when I won a gold foil arcane rare type card, and also shared it with you all in one of my previous posts.
However, to my surprise, I again won another awesome gold foil arcane card in the last Raffle. It was a rare type of card from the death element called the Savage Butcher. I was literally surprised to see the outcome, because I didn't expect to receive another one so soon, since my experience made me doubt whether I ever get another one. But thanks to splinterlands for breaking that thought so quickly, and not to mention that I am very happy with this result. Now, for this upcoming raffle draw that is about to happen in the next 3 days and 19 hours, I have already earned 18 tickets so far and let’s now see how many more I can gather before the timer hits zero.
Before finishing the post, let me share some more news with you all, because splinterlands decided to continue surprising me with great gifts lately. Today, when I finished playing my first frontier mission and went to claim and collect my rewards, I was so happy when a shiny card appeared beside the usual foundation pack and raffle entries. I was glad to see that I had again won a jackpot card, and without wasting even a second, I immediately clicked on it to reveal the card. As you can see from the above screenshot, it was the common type card called Aimee, and it was a regular foil card, so nothing fancy there. But I was happy anyway because even finding a regular foil Common jackpot card is a pretty rare event.
