What’s up my fellow Splinterlands players!

I hope all of you are enjoying the day with your loved ones and eagerly waiting for the new year. But if you look at splinterlands players, they are currently busy with the game because we have already come near the halfway of this ongoing ranked season and only 8 days left for this season to end. So, I guess all of you are playing the game seriously and climbing up the trophy ladder to reach your seasonal goal, whether it is to reach a certain league tier or to secure and defend a spot in the glorious champion league leaderboard. Now looking at my own performance stat, I am playing at the Diamond II tier right now with a current trophy count of 3,220 and need another 180 trophies to enter the next tier Diamond I. Now having another 8 days, I will try to reach the Champion League first and then will try to push my trophy count further. Now though I will try my best to reach my goal as soon as possible because during the last days of a season end, the arena gets full of all OG players and it literally becomes a bloodbath, so, let’s see what happens if I can reach my goal safely.

Moving on, let me now come to the main topic of this post as today, I will be talking about another amazing Rebellion monster card with you all and as you have already seen her in the thumbnail above, today I will be showcasing JANNI REBEL with you all. So, if you are interested, let’s take a deep dive without any further ado.

JANNI REBEL

Janni Rebel is a monster type card that was introduced in splinterlands with the launch of the latest Reward card set and this card comes under the Rebellion edition card set. This monster belongs to the Life element and it costs a whopping 9 mana to be used in your battle lineup, so you can easily select this monster when playing medium to high mana limit matches. The attack type of this card is magic and it is a rare type of card, which means you will need a total of 115 BCXs of cards to upgrade it to max level. Now, apart from a good magic attack power with decent speed but a large amount of health, this mobster also comes with 3 very useful abilities, which I will be discussing later in this post. Let us now take a deeper look into this card’s league-wise stats and abilities below to find out more.

BRONZE

At level 2, this card possesses 2 magic attack at 2 speed with 8 health and also carries 2 abilities - Flank and Inspire that it has since its initial level. With the Flank ability, at the beginning of a battle if this monster is at the first position, then the second position monster will gain the Reach ability.

SILVER

When you upgrade this card to level 4, it receives the same stats of 2 magic attack power at 2 speed but with an increased 10 health along with those 2 abilities that I mentioned above. Though it does not get any new abilities at Silver League, its large amount of health will help you to defend a bit longer.

GOLD

As this monster enters the next league of Gold by reaching level 6, it gets an increased stats of 3 magic attack powers (that it gets from level 5 onwards) at 3 speed with the same 10 health. However, it does not get any new abilities at this level.

DIAMOND / CHAMPION

Finally, when you upgrade this monster to its max level of 8, it possesses the same 3 magic attack power at 3 speed but with an increased 12 health and gladly, it also receives another ability called Divine Shield. With the help of this ability, the first attack on this card will not bring any damage.

Battle Link

BATTLE STAT

While battling, I found this awesome match today with a large 55 mana limit and there were 4 elements available for this match - Fire, Water, Life and Death. There was also a ruleset applied in this match called Standard (no change to the standard gameplay) and after looking at the rules, I started thinking about which summoner would be most useful in this match. So after thinking a bit, I finally decided to Use the Legendary dual summoner Eternal Tofu with magic attacker cards for this match and started building my lineup accordingly.

For my lineup, I chose the Life + Earth summoner Eternal Tofu and at the first position of my lineup, I chose the Grimbardun Smith, Nalara Geinik, Janni Rebel, Iziar, Olivia of the Brook and the Adelade Brightwing at the last position. Later, when both the lineups were revealed, I found out that my opponent had chosen the Life legendary summoner Grandmaster Rathe and at his front position, he chose Uriel the Purifier followed by Corsair Bosun, Djinn Renova, Iziar, Olivia Of the Brook and Doctor Blight at the end position.

As the battle began, all the backline monsters started attacking the Iziar on the other side and in the first 2 rounds, no monsters were killed. The first kill was the enemy Olivia who died from the Thorns damage from my Iziar. Next, my Rebel finally got its first kill in round 4 by taking down the enemy Iziar, followed by my Adelade who killed Uriel in round 5. After taking down both the Iziar and the front defense, the match became easier and gladly, none of my monsters died yet. At round 6, my Iziar died due to the poison effect but got resurrected again by Adelade. Adelade again made a kill and this time the Corsair and just after that, my Olivia killed the wounded Renova. The only monster left in the opponent’s team was the poor Doctor Blight and Adelade again scored a kill by taking it down and thus, I won another amazing thrilling match and won some more SPS and Glint as rewards.
