What’s up my fellow splinterlands players!

I hope all of you had a very happy weekend and Enjoyed the day your friends and family. For us splinterlands players also, the current time is a bit relaxing because the last ranked season ended just a couple of days ago and the current one is still around 10 more days, so apart from doing our daily activities like playing in ranked arena and tournaments or brawls that does not come every day, we don't have to think about anything more. But in order to score a handsome amount of reward chests in the season end while earning SPS on every won match is always too juicy not to miss. Like many of you who play this game already, can agree on one thing that this is actually an interesting card game which also update itself frequently and comes with new and unique things to keep us entertain while maintaining the true gameplay style and idea of the project. Just recently the Rebellion cards got launched and with them a couple of mew abilities also got added into the list while certain summoners also came with a special ability to perform per battle interaction where player have to choose any one of 2 set of abilities and then choose the monsters on which those abilities are to be applied. Certain new upgraded to the game suddenly make the game more interesting and tends to attract more players and more game time from Them.

For me however, I am as usual playing in the modern format Champions league and currently fighting near the border of champ II league. Just yesterday I reached the Champ II after fighting for quite a long time finally, I am feeling relieved to get into the second highest tier finally in the game. My current trophy count is 4149 so at least 1 or 2 casual losses can not send me back to Champ III immediately so I am pretty Safe at this position. Anyway, when I collected 10 reward chests I decided to stop for the day while still having 24 energies. Looking at the season chest counter, I have collected 40 chests so far and I think having another 9+ days in hand, I can at least collect another 55-60 if everything goes sound. I am also confident because recently I have bought an SPS delegation from the official market and took a massive 130k SPS rent for 7 days, which is definitely helping me to earn both SPS on winning ranked matches and more reward points as well.

Now, let us come towards the main topic of thus post a today, I will be talking about one of the attack leas tank card today from the rebellion category that many people are talking and praising about. As you have already seen it in the thumbnail, today I will be talking about the Runeseer Sevaya. So without further ado, let us all jump right in!

Runeseer Sevaya

Runeseer Sevaya is an attack less rebellion edition card that costs only 4 mana to be used in battles, which means you can easily fit it in your lineup while playing small mana limit matches or the ones with little league ruleset. This monster belongs from the Dragon element and it is a legendary type card that requires a total of 11 BCX cards to be upgraded to max level. Now, let us take a further look at its league wise stats and abilities.

Bronze

At level 1, this card possesses 2 speed at 4 health and it also gets 2 abilities since its initial level - Cleanse and Protect. With the Cleanse ability it can remove all negative status effects from the friendly monster first in line. On the other hand, the Protect ability will give +2 armour on every friendly monster including itself. So even at bronze level, this monster can provide you enough defence so why not try it using it in your lineup?

Silver

When this card gets upgraded to level 2, it gets the same status of 3 speed and 4 health but it does get a new ability Blind. With the help of this new ability, all the enemy melee and ranged monsters have a 15% higher chance of missing their attacks.

Gold

When you upgrade this card to level 3, even here it carries the same stat as of its previous level 3 speed and 4 health, but it gets another ability Repair with which, if can restore a third of max armour of any friendly monster if the armour is broken.

Diamond / Champion

When this monster finally gets upgraded to its max level 4, it still possesses the same stats of 3 speed and 4 health but it gets another new ability - Amplify. With this new ability, it can increases magic reflect, Return Fire and Thorns damage to all enemy units by 1.

Battle Stat

It was a large mana limit match with only 2 active elements - Earth and Dragon and the natch came with 3 rulesets - Close Range (range monsters can attack from first position), Gladiators (one gladiator card can be used) and Weak Magic (magic attacks armour first before reaching for health). In this match, I chose to go with dragon summoner Quix and as my front defence in lineup, I chose the Agor Longtail followed by Oshuur Constantia, Grimdardun Smith, Berix Snakeye, Runseer Sevaya and Doctor Blight at the last position. However as the match finally got revealed, I found out that my opponent has chosen Earth Legendary summoner Immortalis followed by Uloth Dhampir, Katerelba Gobson, Queen Mycelia, Goblin Psychic and Mycelic Slipspawn at the last position. My opponent was using only 1 range summoner which got attack weakened by my Quix while I have 2 magic monsters which attacks will get weakened by immortalis.

As the match started, all the enemy monsters were attacking my Agor Longtail while my monsters were attacking the enemy Slipspawn. I used the weapon training effect from the Berix to give +3 range attacks to its adjacent monsters smith and Sevaya. So these 2 attack less tank cards suddenly become attacking enemy cards viciously which caused me to win the match. The sevaya also worked greatly here as it gave all my 6 friendly monsters mode armours + was cleansing negative effects from Agor Longtail and providing Blind to reduce enemy attack chance while repairing armours of all friendly cards. On top of that all, the weapon training gave it a 3 range attack with which I went for the first kill of the slipspawn as well. So overall, it was really a nice match and I enjoyed sharing with you all.
