Welcome back to another awesome Splinterlands post, and I truly hope all of you are doing great in your lives and enjoying a wonderful day with your loved ones. For those of you who actively play this amazing web3 strategic card game and keep building your card collection, I believe many of you are currently busy fighting intense battles in the ranked arena and trying to reach your goals by pushing your trophy count higher. Now, if we take a look at the ongoing ranked season timer, only around 3 days and 20 hours are left before this season finally meets its end. So whatever goals you have set for yourself this season, whether it is reaching a new league tier and grabbing some juicy reward chests or competing with the top players for a glorious spot on the leaderboard, I hope you manage to accomplish them within the reset time limit. But while battling continuously in the arena, do not forget to keep an eye on your battle energy bar and maintain a balanced approach so that you can maximise your overall rewards.

Another interesting thing happening right now in the game is the ongoing Escalation mini-set pack sale, which seems to be progressing quite well. At the moment, only around 177,341 packs are still available in the store, and each pack costs 5000 DEC tokens. So those of you who are planning to buy some of these packs might want to keep an eye on the remaining supply before they slowly start disappearing.

Now talking about my own activities in the game, I am, as usual, playing the Frontier mode regularly and trying to maintain my usual position in the Gold league. Right now, my position stands at the highest Gold I league tier with a current trophy count of 3,740, and having around three days left before the season ends, my immediate goal is to reach the 4,000 trophy mark first. Once I achieve that milestone, I will try to push further and see if I can manage to secure a place on the Frontier leaderboard as well before the season resets. On the other hand, if we take a look at the weekly Frontier raffle, I have currently collected a total of 15 entries, and with around 4 days and 19 hours still left before the raffle draw, I will try to increase this number to at least 54 entries or even more in order to improve my chances. Let’s see what luck has planned this time.

Anyu Huntswoman

Now moving forward, let us come to the main topic of this post, as today I will be talking about another interesting monster from the Conclave Arcana core edition card set. As you have already seen in the title and thumbnail above, today I will be discussing the Anyu Huntswoman. So if you are interested in learning more about this monster card, let us take a deeper dive without any further delay.

The Anyu Huntswoman is a monster-type card that was introduced in the game with the Conclave Arcana core edition card set. This monster belongs to the Neutral element and comes from the Human bloodline. By rarity, this card is a Rare type monster, so you will require a total of 115 CC cards compared to 400 cc for common cards in order to upgrade it to its maximum level. Now, if you want to use this monster in battles, you need to spend a whopping 7 mana, which means it can be best used in medium to high mana limit matches. The attack type of this monster is Melee, and apart from its strong attack power, it also comes with a solid combination of armor and health which makes it quite durable on the battlefield. This monster holds two useful abilities at its maximum level, which I will talk about later in this post. Let us now take a closer look at this monster’s league-wise stats and abilities below to understand it better.

BRONZE

At level 2, this monster holds decent stats that consist of 2 melee attack power at 4 speed with 4 armor and 5 health. Apart from these solid base stats, it also gets an ability from its initial level called Flank.

FLANK – At the beginning of the battle, if this unit is in the first position, the unit in the second position gains Reach.

This is a very useful ability because it allows the melee monster placed behind the tank to attack as well.

SILVER

When you upgrade this monster further to level 4, its stats get improved and it now holds 3 melee attack power at 4 speed with 4 armor and 6 health. Though it does not get any new abilities at this level, the increased attack power and health definitely make it more effective in battles.

GOLD

As this monster gets upgraded further and reaches level 6, its stats improve again and it now possesses 4 melee attack power at 4 speed with 5 armor and 7 health. Even though there are no additional abilities unlocked at this level, the improved armor and attack power help it perform even better as a frontline attacker.

DIAMOND / CHAMPION

Finally, when you upgrade this monster to its maximum level of 8, its stats increase significantly and it now holds a powerful 5 melee attack power at 4 speed with 6 armor and 8 health. At this level it also gains another useful ability called Void Armor.

VOID ARMOR – Magic damage hits armor before health.

This ability makes the monster much stronger against magic attackers because their damage will hit the armor first before affecting the health.

Last but not least, I think this monster can be quite useful in many different types of battles. First of all, it comes with a very strong melee attack power combined with high armor and health, which makes it a powerful frontline defender that can also launch deadly attacks at the same time. Next, because of the Flank ability, you can easily turn the melee monster placed behind it into a Reach attacker and allow two melee monsters to attack together from the front. Another advantage appears at higher levels when it gains the Void Armor ability, which makes it much harder for magic monsters to eliminate it quickly. Overall, I think this monster is a vicious beast in the form of a human, and its deadly melee attacks can make it a powerful addition to your card collection for competitive battles.
