Hello Splinterlands Warriors,

Welcome back to another cool Splinterlands post, and I guess all of you are doing well in your lives and enjoying a happy and pleasant day with your family and friends. For those of you reading this post who are actively playing this strategy game on a daily basis and continuously building your NFT card and asset collection, I guess all of you are currently busy taking some fights in the bloody season ranked arena and trying to improve your trophy count while enjoying the season progress. If we take a quick look at the current season timer, there are still around 6 days and 19 hours left before the season reset happens, so there is still enough time to climb to the goal league tier, secure some awesome rewards or even possibly, if you are feeling competitive enough, make a final push toward the leaderboard. But as I always used to say, remember to utilise your battle energy meter wisely and keep the grind steady.

Now, talking about my own progress in the Frontier mode of the game, I am currently playing in the highest Gold I league tier with a trophy count of around 3,760. My target for this season is to reach the 4,200 trophy mark first and then try for the leaderboard if things go well and I have enough time. On the other hand, if we take a look at the weekly Frontier raffle, I have currently collected a total of 24 entries. With around 3 days and 22 hours left before the raffle draw, I will try to increase this number to somewhere between 54 and 57 entries. Let’s see how far I can push it this time.

There was also a nice little surprise today. I finally got another jackpot card from one of my daily reward claims, and it was a Common type card, Aimee Whisperwind, which is a 9 mana card from the Water element. On top of that, I opened a total of 5 packs today and got 2 legendary cards, 1 epic card, 7 rare cards, 1 gold foil common, and all the rest were common cards. That was definitely a satisfying pull for one normal day for sure.

Blue Wyrm Travesty

Now moving forward, let us come to the main topic of this post, as today I will be taking a closer look at one of the most terrifying monsters from the newest Escalation edition. As you have already seen in the title and thumbnail above, today I will be talking about the Blue Wyrm Travesty. So if you are interested in learning more about this monster card, let us dive deeper without any further delay.

The Blue Wyrm Travesty is a monster type card that was introduced in the game with the newest Escalation mini cardset edition. This monster belongs to the Water element and comes from the Undead bloodline. By rarity, this card is a Common monster, so you will require a total of 400 CC cards in order to upgrade it to its maximum level. Now, if you want to use this monster in battles, you need to spend a massive 13 mana, which means it is best suited for high mana limit matches. The attack type of this monster is Melee, and it comes with absolutely monstrous stats in both offense and defense. At its maximum level, this monster gains a total of two abilities, but its raw numbers alone already make it feel like a final level boss on the battlefield. Let us now take a closer look at its league-wise stats and abilities below.

BRONZE

At level 3, this monster already enters the battlefield with insane stats that consist of 7 melee attack power at 3 speed with 3 armor and 11 health. Apart from these terrifying numbers, it also gains an ability called Slow from level 3 onwards. This ability makes enemy teams slower while helping your own monsters strike first more often.

SLOW – All enemy units get -1 speed.

SILVER

When you upgrade this monster further to level 5, its stats become even more dangerous and it now holds 8 melee attack power at 3 speed with 4 armor and 11 health. Even without gaining a new ability here, the increase in attack and armor makes it far more threatening.

GOLD

As this monster gets upgraded further and reaches level 8, its stats improve once again and it now carries 9 melee attack power at 5 speed with 5 armor and 11 health. The increment in speed combined with that massive attack power makes this monster a nightmare to face.

DIAMOND / CHAMPION

Finally, when you upgrade this monster to its maximum level of 10, it becomes an absolute titan level beast. It now holds 9 melee attack power at 5 speed with 5 armor and 12 health. At this level, it also gains another useful ability called Invigorate. This ability provides allied support from the exhausted ability while the monster itself continues smashing through enemies.

INVIGORATE – Allied units cannot be applied Exhausted ability.

Last but not least, I think this monster is one of the craziest frontline cards available. First of all, it comes with brutal melee firepower, which makes it ideal for the first position in high mana limit matches. Another huge advantage is its defense. With an enormous health pool and thick armor from the beginning, it can absorb a huge amount of punishment before going down. On top of that, the Slow ability weakens enemy speed and can help your team gain momentum in battle. The Invigorate ability is also a nice bonus, ensuring your allied units do not suffer from Exhausted. Overall, I think the Blue Wyrm Travesty is a monstrous powerhouse that can dominate battles through sheer stats and battlefield presence. What do you think?

I hope you enjoyed reading my post about BLUE WYRM TRAVESTY. Let me know your thoughts about today's post in the comments section below, and I look forward to seeing you all in my next post.
