Splinterlands | These 2 Rebellion monsters are my new favourites

What’s up Splinterlands players!

I hope all of you are enjoying your life with your family and friends and also playing splinterlands in your daily free time. Well, looking at the current crypto scenario it feels scary because of the recent and massive downtrend in the whole crypto realm just before the Bitcoin halving event and literally no one expected this type of harsh dip. As I saw on Twitter and other platforms, Millions of funds are being liquidated for those who were trading in futures and not only BTC and top altcoins but every single crypto token or project has been affected by this downtrend including our beloved splinterlands. If you look at the Hive-Engine for SPS, it has recently touched its all-time low value and is currently being traded for only 0.0139$ per unit and DEC has also lost some value and is being sold For 0.00089$ per unit right now. But being a believer and long runner in this project, I believe soon the prices will get rectified and start moving upward once the Bitcoin Halving event is finished. Meanwhile, if anyone was thinking of acquiring some SPS I think this might be a great time to invest some into this token and buy when it's being traded at all time low and increase your portfolio. But please do your own research as I am not a financial advisor.

Now, let me come to the main topic in this post as today, I am going to showcase 2 rebellion monsters that I really love to use in battles in recent times and getting better results in certain matches. After the launch of Rebellion cards, I also started investing in them and bought max-level cards one by one directly from the market and by now, I have most of the Rebellion cards in my collection in max levels. As I actively use them all to play the game on a daily basis, I am also staking them all in wagons to receive airdrop cards and no doubt, since I have added them to my collection my performance in ranked gameplay and tournaments also increased by a lot. Mow without making any more delay, let us jump right in and allow me to share my top 3 rebel cards with you all.

BARASHKUKOR

The very first card that I will be showcasing today is the BARASHKUKOR monster and no doubt it is as scary on the battlefield as it looks. This is one of the highest mana monsters available in the Rebellion collection and also comes with great power and ability combo. Thus monster belongs to the Death element and it costs a whopping 13 mana to be used in battles. So, you can use this monster easily in medium to high mana limit matches and also in some cases, small mana matches as well but it would be risky because of its low health. Let us now take a deeper look into its stats and abilities below.

This is a legendary card and I own a max Level of this monster. At max 4th level, it possesses a whooping 5 magic attack at 4 speed with 5 armor and 8 health. So you can clearly see it can stand against melee and ranged monsters but is weak against magic attacks because of the low health bar. At max level, it holds 3 abilities as stated below. Fury - This monster will do double damage to targets that hold the Taunt ability. Weaken - This monster will reduce every enemy monster’s health by 1. Magic Reflect - When hit by a magic attack, it does half the damage (rounded up) back to its attacker.

SATHA TOLEDO

The second monster that I want to showcase now is none other than SATHA TOLEDO and while the first monster that I shared above is known for its high-powered attack, this monster is exactly the opposite and is well known for its defensive healing ability. Satha is an epic type card that requires a total of 46 BCX cards to become max level and it belongs to the Earth element. This monster costs 5 mana to be used in battles and you can easily fit this minster in your lineup while Playing Small to high mana limit matches. This monster’s attack type is ranged but the main feature of this monster is its tank healing ability which will help you to create different types of defensive lineups. Let us now look into its stats and abilities below.

Right now, I am holding a max level of this monster that I bought a few weeks ago directly from the market using monstermarket.io third party and since then it has become my favorite Healer in Rebellion edition. At max level, this monster possesses 2 ranged attack at 4 speed with 1 armour and 6 health along with 2 abilities as stated below. Tank Heal - This monster restores one-third health of a wounded friendly monster that is placed at the front position of your lineup every round. Lookout - Adjacent units get 1 less damage from sneak, opportunity and snipe attacks and if you have at least one monster with Lookout ability alive in your lineup, you will get half damage from ambush ability attacks.

I hope you liked reading my post and also loved these 2 monsters that I talked about above. Do you also own them or have rented and used them in battles? Please let me know in the comment section below and I will be seeing you all in my next post.

Wish you all good luck on all of your future Splinterlands matches.

Greetings,
Your card presentation is inspiring. I hold all the cards described in your article, but I am not leveled up these cards to the maximum level.
Season finale is almost here, do you have any plan for use of your GLINT token rewards?
Also, nice strategies in your post
