What’s up my fellow Splinterlands players!

I hope you all are having an amazing day with your family and friends and also enjoying this awesome game in the meantime and collecting those lucrative daily and season chests as your rewards. Well, I have been pretty busy with the ongoing Leofinance campaign which is just about get finished on 11th June but I also taking a break from time to time to finish my daily ranked missions and taking part in those ongoing tournaments and brawls as I can't really miss the thrill! We have already crossed the half of this current ranked season and only 6 days and 18 hours left for it to end, I am currently playing in Diamond I tier and holding 73 season chests so far while trying my best to accumulate as many season chests as possible with the goal of reaching at least 100 reward chests for this season. Talking about the daily focus mission, I still follow the same strategy of collecting 12-15 focus chests daily without hurting my energy count so that it doesn't cost me not playing for the next day.

Before I move on to analyze my last focus quest rewards, I would like to discuss the upcoming Land update. I guess all of you have surveyed your lands by now and so did I and I spent a total of 30k dec to add all the 3 elements available during the survey. Now, I was looking for an easy guide to learn about the possible investment that I need to make in order to activate my Land to generate rewards for me and also how to invest in order to get out with a better outcome. And after some research, I just found the exact tool for this in peakmonsters.

If you are also holding one or multiple lands, you can also access the tool in peakmonsters to find out how to efficiently invest into Lands to get the best return on your money invested. Just go to peakmonsters.com -> look for the Explore button just right beside the Rent one and select Land Calc to calculate the estimated investments and amount of rewards you generate with it accordingly.

On the page, you can see certain parameters you have set yourself. I have a common rarity land with no condition and my Terrain is in Lake so I first adjusted the top parameters accordingly.

Next to it comes another 3 parameters - Titles, Totems and Runi. I don’t have any titles as of now so I selected none, for Totems I do possess a common Totem so I choose that from the Dropbox and also leave the Runi as none cause I only have 1 Runi which I will be using in battles. The total boost that got from is only 10%.

For the next set of parameters, I have to choose 5 workers or 5 cards to be locked in my land in order to produce rewards. In here, the older set of cards that you use, the better boost you will get where the Alpha cards will give you x10 boost, Beta cards will give x5 boost and untamed cards will give x2 boost and sadly, no boost multiplier for chaos edition cards. However, thou I don't have any of those older alpha or beta edition cards and the untamed and chaos cards that I possess will be needed to play battles, I am thinking to buy 5 cheap beta cards to lock them in my land for more rewards. As I have a Lake terrain Land, only Water and Earth splinter cards will give me a +10% boost while the Fire and Dragon splinter cards will remove -50% boost. So, I have to buy only cards from Earth and Water to get a positive boost. However, as I will only buy the cheapest common cards to boost my lands, I selected common level max cards in those parameters and as a result, it showed me a total of 23,960.42 PP after calculating all the boosts, which would generate 261.39 grain/hour rate and with a 0.0152% / hour totem encounter. Now, we don't know yet how those grains will be used in the hame in future and how much they will be worth after the land update kicks in, so let us wait until it gets live and prepare ourselves in the meantime so that we can be ready to jump right in with our cards and totems and start generating those new grain assets! All the best folks!

Now, talking about my focus rewards for today, I got the Life rule for my Focus mission and already collected 8 chests so far and have another almost 10 hours left for the quest to finish and 37 energies in my Energy bar, I think I can collect at least another 3-4 chests before the one starts. On the other hand, the last focus quest that I received came with the Dragon ruleset, which is one of my favorite rulesets and while I enjoyed playing with those powerful dragon cards, I also got lucky enough to fetch 14 reward chests from the last one shared the reward outcome at above. As you can see from the screenshot above, 5 of those chests brought me a total of 27 common type cards from 3 different ones and I would say the best pull that I had is the 9 x Coastal Sentries. I am already having a level 7 of this card and I often use it in high mana limits, especially in 99 mana limit matches which give me an upper hand with its dual strike attacks. However, another 4 of these reward chests gave me little bunches of SPS and I received a total of 18.435 SPS from all those 4 chests, which is currently valued at 0.353$. From another 4 chests of that lot, I received a total of 61 legendary and 19 alchemy potions and as peakmonsters calculated, the total USD value of these potions is 2.740$ at the moment. From the last chest, I received 76 merits that is showing me a value of only 0.076$, which is a bit less than its true value I think merits give us gladius cards while buying gladius packs with them and these gladius cards are one of a kind and both scarce and important for playing all types of gameplays in splinterlands. The total USD value from this quest including all the different types of rewards is 3.17$, which is approx 0.227$ per chest but I think it wouldn’t be a fair calculation in real life as most of this value is coming from the potions which we can sell or burn for dec. The only value that actually matters to me is the value from SPS And which is only 0.353$ in this case as I only got around 18.5 SPS from this quest. However, I hope to get better rewards from the season chests and will keep trying my best to secure as many chests as possible and, I will also join in the bloody leaderboard war during the end of the season to possibly secure one of the leaderboard places to get myself rewarded with a bunch of DEC which may replenish my sorrow, lol 😂

I hope you liked reading my post and now it’s your turn to tell me your thoughts and opinions on the upcoming Land updater in this game. Please feel free to express your feelings in the comments below and I will be seeing you all in my next post!

Thanks for this contribution! I did not know this tool in peakmonster to project the production of the plot according to the cards you have. I don't have titles or runes, but if I have a common totem and maxed out several common gold reward cards at the time, I guess that's fine to start with. Greetings!
