Rule Sets (Modern Format)
Explosive Weaponry + Going The Distance + Back to Basics and 58 Mana.
About my Lineup/Strategy
Lux Vega (Summoner):
The +1 armor and Speed is great for this ruleset, since Ranged monsters hits armor and also increases the survivability of my monsters against blast.
War Chaang and Runemancer Florre:
Monsters with two attack types are great in back to basics and Going The Distance rulesets, so he can attack in the 1st position and also tank a little.
Mantoid + Gobson Bomber + Mitica Headhunter + Gem Meteor:
They are great damage dealers with decent speed, in Explosive Weaponry speed is essential since they might kill some monsters before they can strike back!

Round 1
Fortunately only one of his monsters attacked first allowing me to take Drybone Raider and Cornealus before they could do anything.
In the end of the first round all of my monsters were still alive.
Round 2
In the 2nd round his Gobson Bomber killed my Gobson, although it was too late for my opponent to recover and the battle was over in the end of this round.
Conclusion
My Opponent picked a nice summoner: Jacek, which is very powerful in Explosive Weaponry due to his +2 Speed and Scattershot, and it also counters my +1 armor with Piercing.
However, he spent too many mana with Drybone Raider and Cornealus, they are great cards, but not so much without their abilities.
Since my monsters attacked first, I got a good advantage to defeat him.

Why do people call them archers when it is RANGE attack?! It drives me bonkers when people call it archery instead of range. 😵 But all the same, thank you for sharing this interesting battle strategy!
