For "best investment" I would go with the certainty of dlease.io. Something like @leo.voter has a good return currently but you'd be betting that LEO doesn't drop in value and there's always a chance that any token can take a downturn. If I have to bet on a token it might as well be HIVE which can be converted to LEO or any other Hive-Engine token easily. With dlease.io I would know exactly what the return is upfront and what I would get daily. The investment in dlease.io can also support the Hive platform by letting smaller accounts obtain Hive Power they otherwise couldn't afford.

I'd say #Dlease & #LeoVoter.

DCity has the better returns right now, but remember that it's a game first and investment isn't even a priority for it, many things can make DCity profit meaningless. Like a crash in SIM pricing, or a slight change in the game's rules.
