A Peak At The New Land Cards

Land cards have started to be accessible and some of their stats look insane. For instance reduction of DEC in land use.

Just a common level 5 one can get -50% DEC required in land plot. This alone can alleviate the need for staking too much DEC when players can simply move liquid DEC to purchase more land plots and cards. In basic terms locking up less assets to produce more resources.

In terms of Cinder to burn as part of the exchange it is pretty steep. Looking at legendary a max card would require 412,500 Cinder. That is a lot of cards to burn up which I would imagine not many of these cards would be produced.

Me testing out the interface to burn cards for Cinder it is a toggle between getting DEC or Cinder in a burn. The amount is 1.5x Cinder for ever DEC burn value. Not really a lot considering I tested a 1 bcx alpha legend and that carries only 4,500 Cinder. I do not have 10 alphas to burn just for even one legendary land card.

Still cool to see new elements being introduced into the game. In terms of abilities here are some other interesting ones to take notice.

For the epic land card- Tollling Ox

Boost in grain production is sweet. Then there is the labor luck where players get a small chance to pull Arcane cards when harvesting. These type of abilities will lure in more to play land plots.

Again on the flip side it is asking a lot in capital to pull this much for the cards. This is not accessible to all and it sure does not feel like small players will remotely have any shot in competing with players who have large capital. I hate to say this but I believe this new format of features are only meant for players with deep pockets. There maybe some game to accumulating the assets but to really move the needle in yielding good assets it will take a lot of capital. This is something I for now will not be going to aim for.
