I tend to wait until my plots are over 60% full before I harvest. Game says increased chance to pull a fragment when plot is full.

Hmmm. All the stuff I read in Discord said the odds work out to be pretty much the same whenever you harvest and the key thing was just not to let it go over 100%. 😁 I tend to harvest mine at varying times. I'm hoping that, at some point, I'll get a load of fragments in quick succession to make up for the lack so far. 😁
